MidPlaza is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our finance team The Accounting Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintaining a strong control environment. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with other departments.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the accounting department.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions in the general ledger.
- Review and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
- Assist in the implementation of financial systems and process improvements.
- Provide guidance and training to accounting staff.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Preferably having experienced in accounting firm.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
