Job Description :

1. Overseeing daily transactions including account payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations.
2. Preparing budget report and forecast revenue.
3. Preparing Accounting and Financial report.
4. Monitoring the daily performance of accounting department.
5. Track the progress of financial and accounting objectives.
6. Organize financial and maintain update records.
7. Ensure the aging payable & receivable in accordance with the companies targets.
8. Establish accounting policies and procedures, aligned with company target.
9. Experience to develop ERP.

memiliki pengetahuan akuntansi yang baik, memahami konsep dasar akuntansi seperti neraca, laporan laba rugi, dan arus kas, mencatat dan menganalisis transaksi keuangan perusahaan, membuat laporan SPT masa dan tahunan

1.  Audits daily Rooms and Food and Beverage revenue summaries and their supporting transaction reports of the Night Audit Process.
2. Audits revenue from telephone, telex, and facsimile unless these are automatically linked to the computer for billing.
3.  Audits revenue from other Operated Departments such as Garage, Pro shops, Laundry and Business Centre for completeness.
4.  Ensures that all the day’s Banquet revenue has been recorded.
5.  Checks the daily General Cashier’s report against recorded cash movement.
6.  Monitors cashier shortages/overages and investigates any substantial amount and bring to the attention of the Director of Finance’s office.
7. Verifies that the computerised Daily Report reflects completely all of the day’s transactions.
8. Reviews paid-outs and allowance vouchers for reasonableness, proper approval, and supporting documentation.
9.  Verifies supports for complimentary and house use rooms and for rooms charged at rates varying from the rack potential.
10.  Spot checks the accuracy of regular and contractual room rates in the system.
11.  Reviews all house use and entertainment checks for propriety and ensure that they are signed and authorised.
12.  Audits all Food and Beverage outlets checks on the List of Negative Check Lines for explanation and approval by Outlet captain’s/automatic kitchen orders.
13.  Audits the List of Voided Restaurant Checks for proper approvals and explanations.
14. Checks the sequential use of Food and Beverage checks, foreign exchange vouchers, official receipts and to investigate any missing or irregular forms.
15.  Reviews the guest ledger balances daily and research questionable movements.
16. Investigates late charges and skippers. All details should be forwarded to the Credit manager for further action.
17. Ensures that all employees’ City Ledger Accounts are closed at month end.
18. Carries out surprise checks of rooms, fitness centre attendance and car park collections, etc.
19. Carries out surprise cash counts of cashier’s floats.
20.  Carries out surprise foreign currency counts.
21. Monitors the organised execution of the night audit program by Front Office personnel.

Job Description

• Membantu proses administrasi dalam departemen Accounting seperti filing dan checking.
• Membantu pengecekan kelengkapan dokumen sesuai prosedur Accounting.

1. Mengawasi dan memimpin tim akuntansi dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan, rekonsiliasi akun, dan pemrosesan transaksi.
2. Memastikan bahwa semua kegiatan akuntansi dilakukan sesuai dengan kebijakan dan prosedur perusahaan.
3. Menyediakan analisis keuangan untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan manajerial.
4. Membantu dalam penyusunan anggaran tahunan dan rencana keuangan.
5. Memantau pengeluaran dan pendapatan untuk memastikan kesesuaian dengan anggaran.
6. Menyediakan laporan dan analisis terkait anggaran kepada manajemen.
7. Menyediakan dokumentasi dan dukungan untuk audit internal dan eksternal.
8. Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan perpajakan dan kebijakan akuntansi yang berlaku.
9. Mengelola pelaporan pajak dan memastikan pelaporan yang akurat dan tepat waktu.

• Fixed Asset Management (Capitalize, Tagging, Audit, etc)

• Respond to financial inquiries by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing data

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Accounting or Finance Management or equivalent

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Fluent in English (oral and written)

• Possess strong analytical, communication, and presentation skill

• Proficient in Ms Office and SAP system will be preferable

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a reputable university

• Minimum 3 years of working experience as Auditor at Public Accounting Firm (KAP)

• Strong in Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Proficient in Microsoft Office & used to work with ERP Software (SAP)

• Strong analytical and problem solving skill

• Excellent communication & presentation skills

• Strong leadership and personnel management skills

• Willing to be placed in Tangerang area.
