Supervisor Accounting

Kualifikasi

·          Sarjana Akuntansi atau Pajak.

·          Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang Pajak (lebih disukai di Konsultan Pajak) dengan level supervisi.

·          Memiliki pengetahuan mendalam tentang aplikasi Pajak (e-SPT, e-Faktur, e-Butpot, Coretax) dan regulasi Pajak.

·          Memiliki Brevet A, B, & C.

·          Kemampuan untuk menangani kegiatan kepatuhan pajak tahunan dan bulanan.

·          Memahami proses audit pajak dan litigasi pajak.

·          Kemampuan analisis yang baik,

·          pemikir logis, dan pemecah masalah.

·          Menguasai Ms. Excel, Word, dan perangkat lunak akuntansi (Accurate) ·       Fasih berbahasa

·          Inggris, baik lisan maupun tulisan.

·          Penempatan di Kantor Pusat Jakarta. 

Tanggung Jawab

·          Menangani semua operasi pajak, kepatuhan, perencanaan, dan aktivitas pelaporan.

·          Memantau & mengontrol PPN bulanan serta mengontrol pengembalian pajak bulanan dan

·          tahunan.

·          Memantau Aset Tetap dan Pelaporan Pajak.

·          Menyiapkan Data/Dokumen Pendukung untuk Audit Pajak, Keberatan Pajak & Banding Pajak.

·          Menyediakan perencanaan pajak yang inovatif dan meninjau pengembalian pajak penghasilan

·          yang kompleks.

·          Mengikuti perkembangan terkini dalam undang-undang pajak, regulasi, dan praktik terbaik

·          industri, serta memberikan pelatihan dan bimbingan kepada tim sesuai kebutuhan.

·          Mengidentifikasi peluang untuk perbaikan proses, otomatisasi, dan optimasi biaya dalam fungsi

What You'll Do:

• Assist in preparing financial reports and reconciliations.
• Help with data entry and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Support the accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Participate in audits and other financial analysis tasks.

What We're Looking For:

• Current student or recent graduate in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software (a plus).
• Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a team.
• Excellent communication skills.

1.  Audits daily Rooms and Food and Beverage revenue summaries and their supporting transaction reports of the Night Audit Process.
2. Audits revenue from telephone, telex, and facsimile unless these are automatically linked to the computer for billing.
3.  Audits revenue from other Operated Departments such as Garage, Pro shops, Laundry and Business Centre for completeness.
4.  Ensures that all the day’s Banquet revenue has been recorded.
5.  Checks the daily General Cashier’s report against recorded cash movement.
6.  Monitors cashier shortages/overages and investigates any substantial amount and bring to the attention of the Director of Finance’s office.
7. Verifies that the computerised Daily Report reflects completely all of the day’s transactions.
8. Reviews paid-outs and allowance vouchers for reasonableness, proper approval, and supporting documentation.
9.  Verifies supports for complimentary and house use rooms and for rooms charged at rates varying from the rack potential.
10.  Spot checks the accuracy of regular and contractual room rates in the system.
11.  Reviews all house use and entertainment checks for propriety and ensure that they are signed and authorised.
12.  Audits all Food and Beverage outlets checks on the List of Negative Check Lines for explanation and approval by Outlet captain’s/automatic kitchen orders.
13.  Audits the List of Voided Restaurant Checks for proper approvals and explanations.
14. Checks the sequential use of Food and Beverage checks, foreign exchange vouchers, official receipts and to investigate any missing or irregular forms.
15.  Reviews the guest ledger balances daily and research questionable movements.
16. Investigates late charges and skippers. All details should be forwarded to the Credit manager for further action.
17. Ensures that all employees’ City Ledger Accounts are closed at month end.
18. Carries out surprise checks of rooms, fitness centre attendance and car park collections, etc.
19. Carries out surprise cash counts of cashier’s floats.
20.  Carries out surprise foreign currency counts.
21. Monitors the organised execution of the night audit program by Front Office personnel.

- Maintain financial reports, and general ledger accounts.

- Maintain and balance accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions.

- Manage the implementation of monthly Stock Opname (raw material, asset) in Head Office, Central Kitchen (Production) and All Outlet Remboelan.

- Monitor and review the inventory related movement.

- Organize and update financial documentation.

Job Description

• Membantu proses administrasi dalam departemen Accounting seperti filing dan checking.
• Membantu pengecekan kelengkapan dokumen sesuai prosedur Accounting.

1. Mengawasi dan memimpin tim akuntansi dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan, rekonsiliasi akun, dan pemrosesan transaksi.
2. Memastikan bahwa semua kegiatan akuntansi dilakukan sesuai dengan kebijakan dan prosedur perusahaan.
3. Menyediakan analisis keuangan untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan manajerial.
4. Membantu dalam penyusunan anggaran tahunan dan rencana keuangan.
5. Memantau pengeluaran dan pendapatan untuk memastikan kesesuaian dengan anggaran.
6. Menyediakan laporan dan analisis terkait anggaran kepada manajemen.
7. Menyediakan dokumentasi dan dukungan untuk audit internal dan eksternal.
8. Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan perpajakan dan kebijakan akuntansi yang berlaku.
9. Mengelola pelaporan pajak dan memastikan pelaporan yang akurat dan tepat waktu.

• Fixed Asset Management (Capitalize, Tagging, Audit, etc)

• Prepare and present financial reports

• Respond to financial inquiries by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing data

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Accounting or Finance Management or equivalent

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Fluent in English (oral and written)

• Possess strong analytical, communication, and presentation skill

• Proficient in Ms Office and SAP system will be preferable
