You will be responsible for end-to-end audit process on the branches / representative offices.

• Validate consumer data related to the customer acquisition process to determine any indications of irregularities / anomalies
• Conduct field checks on the consumer acquisition, application, and collection processes carried out by branch staffs according to Field Audit procedures in order to minimize deviations in business procedures and find potentials of frauds.
• Conduct field checks on third parties related to the business process.
• Collect the truth of information and supporting evidence to strengthen findings in the field and ensure all chronological sequences of events so that all parties involved can know and recommend any sanctions for irregularities that occur.
• Conduct re-checks in the field on reports from Internal parties to ensure that all work procedures have been carried out properly and correctly.
• Follow up on information obtained from internal or external parties regarding incorrect work processes.

· To be responsible for all daily income of the hotel.
· To review that all rebates and allowances to ensure they are properly authorised, and to report any deviations from hotel policies and procedures

· To verify that sales from Rooms department, reviewed by the Night Auditor, are correct.
· To verify that sales from Food & Beverage department, reviewed by the Night Auditor, are
correct.
· To verify that sales from Other Operating departments, reviewed by the Night Auditor, are

· To verify that voucher totals correspond with the Night Auditor report and the Food & Beverage revenue report.
· To verify that guest ledger balance and total of all account detail balances for each room

· To ensure that all sales voucher forms are used in sequence, with any lost and voided
vouchers reported according to the procedure, and to file them by outlet and in date order.

• To ensure hotel revenue is balanced, controlled, complete and accurately reported each day
• Perform spot audit on rooms periodically, checking against housekeeping report

• Reconcile taxes and service charged on revenue
• Split revenue in Opera as per agreed ratios (e.g. third party or packages, where ever not configured in the system)

• Scrutinize the rebates for reason ability and adherence to DOA
• Check total of all ledgers (guest/ city/ deposit/ package) to ensure all transactions for the prior day have been posted accurately
• In case of discrepancy, run Opera Imbalance Report which identifies ledger in which the item is stuck
• Generate No Show report to check that charges are levied and bills are raised to the guest by Front Desk
• Receive incentive sheet duly approved from Front Office along with back up for the up sells
• Receive signed copy of upgrade report from Front office and verify the data
