Responsibilities:

• Set and manage sales target in monthly and annual bases

ABOUT YOUR ROLE : 

You will be responsible for Account Payable and Taxation. You will be based in Cikarang. This is a 5 months contractual role. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Prepare VAT invoices and key in VAT 
• Prepare reconciliation of tax accounts, tax payment and tax reporting
• Prepare Withholding certificates and send to Vendors
• Input, Journal daily transactions and checking the completeness of supporting documents
• Communicate with users, vendors and SSO team
• Prepare Payments
• Administration work and filling
• Support on audit

Mengerti, mampu membuat, menjalankan dan memonitor :

+ skema order

+ verifikasi dokumen dan melaporkan proses secara akurat dan regular kepada Dept. Accounting untuk penagihan biaya blending&filling maupun penggunaan material

+ laporan kepada customer

+ komunikasi efektif dengan departemen terkait dalam mengatur dan monitoring tes Laboratorium

+ memastikan konsumen mendapatkan solusi yang tepat bagi setiap permasalahnnya yang terkait dengan rencana pembelian customer

+ tugas dari atasan (diantaranya : menghitung extra charges / jasa project, review terhadap order customer yang dapat menimbulkan biaya tambahan

THE ROLE

The Senior Account Executive provides day-to-day support/services to assigned clients. The incumbent is responsible for delivering quality materials on time and on budget. The social brand Executive supports and collaborates with team members on tactical and strategic aspects of the account.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accountability for the day-to-day execution of assigned task.
• Act as a liaison between all departments, vendors and the client to ensure a timely completion of projects/ campaigns.
• Attend and facilitate (as appropriate) all status meetings, client meetings and client calls.
• Participate in planning and execution of operational/tactical aspects of campaigns.
• Monitor both client and agency budgets, including oversight of campaign costs.
• Provide timely and consistent communication to clients, vendor and internal team on the status of projects
• When establishing and executing advertising strategy, provide assistance and present ideas
• Assist in preparing Ad brief through client’s accordance and data analysis
• Assist various data research and analysis for establishing alternatives of brand/marketing communication strategy, market trends & competitor’s trend/analysis
