Kualifikasi

·          Sarjana Akuntansi atau Pajak.

·          Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang Pajak (lebih disukai di Konsultan Pajak) dengan level supervisi.

·          Memiliki pengetahuan mendalam tentang aplikasi Pajak (e-SPT, e-Faktur, e-Butpot, Coretax) dan regulasi Pajak.

·          Memiliki Brevet A, B, & C.

·          Kemampuan untuk menangani kegiatan kepatuhan pajak tahunan dan bulanan.

·          Memahami proses audit pajak dan litigasi pajak.

·          Kemampuan analisis yang baik,

·          pemikir logis, dan pemecah masalah.

·          Menguasai Ms. Excel, Word, dan perangkat lunak akuntansi (Accurate) ·       Fasih berbahasa

·          Inggris, baik lisan maupun tulisan.

·          Penempatan di Kantor Pusat Jakarta. 

 

Tanggung Jawab

·          Menangani semua operasi pajak, kepatuhan, perencanaan, dan aktivitas pelaporan.

·          Memantau & mengontrol PPN bulanan serta mengontrol pengembalian pajak bulanan dan

·          tahunan.

·          Memantau Aset Tetap dan Pelaporan Pajak.

·          Menyiapkan Data/Dokumen Pendukung untuk Audit Pajak, Keberatan Pajak & Banding Pajak.

·          Menyediakan perencanaan pajak yang inovatif dan meninjau pengembalian pajak penghasilan

·          yang kompleks.

·          Mengikuti perkembangan terkini dalam undang-undang pajak, regulasi, dan praktik terbaik

·          industri, serta memberikan pelatihan dan bimbingan kepada tim sesuai kebutuhan.

·          Mengidentifikasi peluang untuk perbaikan proses, otomatisasi, dan optimasi biaya dalam fungsi

·          pajak.

·          Mengawasi tugas-tugas terkait Kepatuhan Pajak.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Melakukan monitoring dan maintenance kepada TOP customer untuk memastikan target tercapai
• Melakukan training & development kepada tim internal
• Melakukan controlling terhadap program, promosi & stok barang di toko untuk memastikan program dan promo sudah terimplementasi dan toko tidak overstock
• Membuat perencanaan budgeting program & promosi yang sudah diberikan oleh principal untuk menghindari overspend
• Melakukan review performance toko
• Daily briefing terhadap tim dan performance review

Job Description :

1. Overseeing daily transactions including account payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations.
2. Preparing budget report and forecast revenue.
3. Preparing Accounting and Financial report.
4. Monitoring the daily performance of accounting department.
5. Track the progress of financial and accounting objectives.
6. Organize financial and maintain update records.
7. Ensure the aging payable & receivable in accordance with the companies targets.
8. Establish accounting policies and procedures, aligned with company target.
9. Experience to develop ERP.

Uraian Tanggung Jawab: 

1.Pemeriksaan yang dilakukan adalah Visit Lapangan. 

2.Membuat Laporan Harian kepada atasan. 

3.Melakukan kunjungan kepada konsumen yang telah ditentukan oleh atasan. 

4.Memastikan ketentuan perusahaan telah dijalankan oleh Cabang.

- Pria, Pendidikan min S1 

- Fresh Graduate/memiliki pengalaman audit min 1 tahun 

- Mampu mengoperasikan Ms.Excel 

- Bersedia perjalanan dinas apabila diperlukan

1. Mengawasi dan memimpin tim akuntansi dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan, rekonsiliasi akun, dan pemrosesan transaksi.
2. Memastikan bahwa semua kegiatan akuntansi dilakukan sesuai dengan kebijakan dan prosedur perusahaan.
3. Menyediakan analisis keuangan untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan manajerial.
4. Membantu dalam penyusunan anggaran tahunan dan rencana keuangan.
5. Memantau pengeluaran dan pendapatan untuk memastikan kesesuaian dengan anggaran.
6. Menyediakan laporan dan analisis terkait anggaran kepada manajemen.
7. Menyediakan dokumentasi dan dukungan untuk audit internal dan eksternal.
8. Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan perpajakan dan kebijakan akuntansi yang berlaku.
9. Mengelola pelaporan pajak dan memastikan pelaporan yang akurat dan tepat waktu.

• Responsible for assisting all monthly postings and month-end tasks to ensure the completeness and accuracy of general ledger, compliance with IFRS.

• Oversee and manage the preparation of monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations.

• Collaborate with other departments to resolve outstanding issues on monthly balance sheet reconciliations.

• Oversee and manage the overall financial activities of the company, ensuring accuracy and timely financial reporting.

• Develop and manage an end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping system for financial reports and tax reports.

• Establish / Develop the proper accounting methods, policies, and principles complies with accounting and tax standards.

• Coordinate and complete annual audits.

• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.

• Provide leadership and mentoring to the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

• To ensure hotel revenue is balanced, controlled, complete and accurately reported each day
• Perform spot audit on rooms periodically, checking against housekeeping report
• Complete any other projects, tasks or activities as assigned from time to time
• Reconcile taxes and service charged on revenue
• Split revenue in Opera as per agreed ratios (e.g. third party or packages, where ever not configured in the system)
• Prepare Food and Beverage Report, Daily Revenue Report
• Ensure rebate for the day is initiated and signed by Manager. Receive authorization for rebates per the Delegation of Authority (DOA)
• Scrutinize the rebates for reason ability and adherence to DOA
• Check total of all ledgers (guest/ city/ deposit/ package) to ensure all transactions for the prior day have been posted accurately
• In case of discrepancy, run Opera Imbalance Report which identifies ledger in which the item is stuck
• Generate No Show report to check that charges are levied and bills are raised to the guest by Front Desk
• Receive incentive sheet duly approved from Front Office along with back up for the up sells
• Receive signed copy of upgrade report from Front office and verify the data
• Check reservations against the original booking

• Has experience in a Similar position at a 5 star resort
• Has Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Has excellent leadership skills
• Has the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Has related license, certificates and (or) diploma to support candidate's Qualification
