• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) companies.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase hotel revenue, including room sales, meeting packages, events, and catering services.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of sales plans, ensuring alignment with hotel goals and market trends.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets as set by the management.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contract negotiations in the CRM system.
• Prepare reports and forecasts as required by management.

Bertanggung jawab untuk membuat, memeriksa, dan menerbitkan faktur pajak keluaran, pajak masukan dan pajak retur serta kelola administrasi yg berkenaan dengan pajak

Procurement Management:

• Source and procure commodities in line with company policies and procedures.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and delivery schedules.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase orders and requisitions.

Supplier Relationship Management:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and reliability.
• Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or discrepancies.
• Conduct regular supplier audits and assessments.

Inventory Control:

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock levels to meet production and operational needs.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to manage the storage and distribution of commodities.
• Implement inventory management best practices to minimize waste and reduce costs.

Market Analysis:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the commodity markets.
• Stay updated on industry developments and regulatory changes that may impact commodity prices and availability.
• Provide market intelligence and insights to support strategic decision-making.

Cost Optimization:

• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives in the procurement process.
• Analyze and report on cost variances and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting.

Compliance and Documentation:

• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities and transactions.
• Prepare and present regular reports on procurement and inventory metrics.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with production, operations, and sales teams to align procurement activities with business needs.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination between departments.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed.

1. Bersama dengan Project Manager : bertanggung jawab atas keabsahan kas
2. Berperan sebagai customer service untuk konsumen (memberikan informasi mengenai promo, legalitas, fasilitas kepada konsumen)
3. Melakukan penagihan cicilan uang muka secara berkala kepada konsumen
4. Mendampingi konsumen dalam pengisian form-form terkait dengan perumahan (Surat Pemesanan Rumah, Form Komplain, Kuesioner Kriteria Konsumen)
5. Membuat & menyimpan/filing tanda terima pembayaran/penyerahan data konsumen
6. Menerima data konsumen serta memastikan kelengkapannya
7. Mengupdate stock kavling secara berkala
8. Menghubungi konsumen untuk jadwal wawancara dan akad kredit
9. Memastikan ketersediaan stok brosur, daftar harga dan semua formulir yang dibutuhkan
10. Berkoordinasi dengan tim KPR dan Finance terkait kelengkapan data konsumen
