What you will do, but not limited to: 

• Maintain Directors’ agenda and calendar by assisting in planning appointments, Board meetings, conferences, business trip, etc. 
• Manage confidential documents related to Directors and ensuring they remain secure and complete. 
• Manage petty cash, daily meals, and daily expenses of Directors. 
• Monitor office supplies and involved with third parties related to Directors' needs and/or agenda. 
• Communicates with every Head of Division to ensure that the requests made by Directors are met. 
• Performs additional duties as assigned by Directors. 

• Bachelor Degree in Secretariat, Business Administrative, Diploma Secretary, and/or any related major.  
• Has 2-4 years experience as Executive Secretary, Secretary to Director, or any related field. Candidate with experience as a secretary of BOD level is a plus point. 
• Proficient in MS Office (excel, power point, word) and in-depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures. 
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism. 
• Excellence organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill. 
• Fluent in Indonesia and English (verbal and written). 

Melakukan input laporan

1. Bersama dengan Project Manager : bertanggung jawab atas keabsahan kas
2. Berperan sebagai customer service untuk konsumen (memberikan informasi mengenai promo, legalitas, fasilitas kepada konsumen)
3. Melakukan penagihan cicilan uang muka secara berkala kepada konsumen
4. Mendampingi konsumen dalam pengisian form-form terkait dengan perumahan (Surat Pemesanan Rumah, Form Komplain, Kuesioner Kriteria Konsumen)
5. Membuat & menyimpan/filing tanda terima pembayaran/penyerahan data konsumen

Job Summary:

The primary responsibility of the Marketing Admin and Budget Controller position is to support the marketing team for administration works, assist the team by creating strategies to promote Sampoerna Schools System to the public and also to becoming the budget controller for all marketing department.

Main Duties & Responsibilities.

I. Position Information

II. Program and Organizational Context

KEMITRAAN is an organization that focuses on governance issues and has been involved in advocating to improve Indonesia's environmental policies, including issues related to climate change and the achievement of the Indonesia National Determined Contribution (NDC) to reduce GHG emissions by 26% with the BAU scheme and 41% with international support. In the assistance provided in terms of handling climate change issues, the Partnership cooperates with central and local governments as well as the involvement of partners in carrying out activities related to climate change mitigation and adaptation actions.

KEMITRAAN as a non-governmental organization that has long been involved in the process of supporting the Indonesian National Government in controlling climate change and climate change impact has now been selected as a National Implementing Entity (NIE) for the Adaptation Fund. Currently, KEMITRAAN is mandated to manage 6 Project Adaptation Funds with intervention areas located in coastal areas, watersheds, and urban centers (Rural and Urban) that are affected by climate change. KEMITRAAN will support the affected local communities and stakeholders by assisting in mitigation and adaptation to climate change.

In order to run this program, KEMITRAAN is looking for a Programme Admin Assistant. Under the direct supervision of the Finance officer and the guidance of the Program Manager, the Programme Admin Assistant is primarily responsible for supporting the implementation of administration and financial operational strategies and complies with the processes and procedures of KEMITRAAN and donors.

Experience : Have good knowledge and relevant experience (two years at the minimum) in financial and administrative matters.

Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
