• Coordinate with vendors for samples and production of POSM.
• Design exhibition booth layouts that are attractive, functional, and in line with the event theme.
• Determine the graphic elements to be used in the booth, including banners, backdrops, product displays, and signage.
• Ensure the booth design fits the available space and creates an enjoyable experience for visitors.

• Develop and execute effective sales campaigns, aligned with the sales leaders across the regions 

• Plan and coordinate client events, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience. 

• Craft compelling content for various channels, including email campaigns, social media, and internal communications.

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Interior Designer to join our team. As an Interior Design Specialist, you will play a vital role in designing, developing, and overseeing the implementation of innovative interior products and solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate has a strong background in interior design or other relevant design fields.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and develop new interior products or improve existing ones. This involves creating sketches, 3D Models, and renderings to visualize design concepts
• Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for interior products using CAD software
• Conduct research on various materials and their applications in interior product design
• Oversee the creation of physical prototypes for new interior products and coordinate testing to validate design integrity, functionality, and safety
• Have an understanding of cost-effectiveness as a goal in the design process
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, manufacturers, suppliers, and marketing teams, to ensure seamless product development and successful product launches.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet design objectives and market demands

• Bachelor's degree or master's degree in Interior Design or related field is essential to understand the principles of building design and construction
• 2-3 years of experience in architectural design, interior design, or designing interior products, such as furniture, fixtures and equipment, is highly desirable
• Strong skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software like AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools to create detailed drawings and technical specifications for interior products
• Understanding different materials, their properties, and suitability for specific interior applications is crucial in product design
• Ability to create physical prototypes and conduct testing to validate the functionality and performance of the interior products
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices and the ability to incorporate eco-friendly elements into interior products
• Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential for working with architects, engineers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders to bring the products to market

Remuneration:

• $7,000 to $10,000 with Variable Bonus
• Work Location: Singapore

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team designers.
• Lead project communication, liaising with design, clients, construction, supplier, and contractors’ teams.
• Oversee design and creativity on projects from concept design and space planning to development and presentation.
• Produce concept work using hand sketches and a variety of digital and traditional media.
• Produce and check drawing packages for schematic and detail design stages.
• Attend client meetings independently or with project leader support, contributing to client presentations.
• Source reference material and conduct research to ensure materials and products are fit for purpose.
• Contribute to business development, pitches, proposal writing, and presentations.
• Participate in pitching sales and presentations to potential clients.
• Participate in site measurement, layout planning, and material selection.
• Ensure successful delivery and completion of projects within agreed timelines and budgets.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
• At least 10 years of experience in Corporate Office Interior Design.
• Demonstrated experience in leading a team.

Primary Responsibilities/Tasks:

• To support graphic designing on e-commerce key marketplaces, eg Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, etc.
• To assist in developing and executing all digital visual promo materials online
• To assist in creating still images, GIFs, and video artwork for marketing purposes
• Any ad-hoc assignment as and when needed
