The Design Architect will develop and execute innovative architectural designs for our hospitality projects, requiring creativity, technical expertise, and sector knowledge. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to create designs that align with our brand and vision while ensuring contextual and environmental appropriateness

• Develop innovative and functional architectural designs for hospitality projects, ensuring alignment with the overall project vision and brand identity.

• Collaborate with the project team, including site architects, engineers, and interior designers, to integrate all design aspects cohesively.

• Conduct site research and analysis to inform design decisions, considering local culture, climate, and community needs.

• Prepare conceptual sketches, detailed drawings, and 3D models using architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp).

• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative design concepts and completed projects, particularly in the hospitality sector.

The Role of the Creative Group Head
