As a Complaint Management Support, you will be essential in addressing customer grievances and ensuring their concerns are handled efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various teams to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming customer complaints through various channels, ensuring a prompt response and resolution.
• Analyze complaints to identify common themes or trends and relay this information to relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper investigation and resolution of complaints.
• Document all interactions related to complaints in the complaint management system.
• Provide regular updates to customers regarding the status of their complaints and any actions taken.
• Assist in the preparation of reports on complaint metrics and insights to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in training sessions to improve complaint management processes and enhance team capabilities.
• Contribute to developing best practices for complaint handling and customer engagement.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, complaint management, or related roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Strong analytical skills to assess complaint data and identify areas for improvement.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team while being proactive and self-motivated.
• Fluency in Indonesian and good command of English is required.
• Capable of handling difficult customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.

As a Complaint Management Support you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively addressing and resolving complaints. This position involves close collaboration with various teams to enhance the overall customer experience and drive improvements in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, log, and track customer complaints via various channels (phone, email, social media, etc.).
• Investigate and analyze complaints, coordinating with relevant departments to gather information and implications.
• Communicate with customers regarding their complaints, providing timely updates and resolutions.
• Document all complaints and resolutions in the complaint management system accurately.
• Identify trends in complaints and work with teams to develop strategic improvements for enhanced customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and insights on complaint management metrics to support decision-making.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices in complaint management processes.
• Support customer service initiatives and campaigns aimed at increasing customer retention and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in customer service or complaint management roles.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify the root cause of complaints and propose effective solutions.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality standards in all interactions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being proactive and self-motivated.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Fluency in Indonesian and good command of English is required.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and composure.

2. Lakukan pemeliharaan dan perbaikan pada infrastruktur jaringan untuk memastikan stabilitas dan kinerja yang optimal.
3. Lakukan pengecekan rutin pada semua perangkat keras komputer dan pastikan sistem operasi, aplikasi, dan perangkat keras berfungsi sesuai standar.
4. Lakukan pemeriksaan dan pembaruan berkala pada ID pengguna, kata sandi, dan profil untuk menjaga keamanan sistem.
5. Kelola dan perbarui dokumentasi teknis serta dokumentasi pengguna untuk mendukung operasional IT yang efisien.
6. Monitor dan pastikan bahwa sistem data komputer pusat berfungsi dengan optimal tanpa gangguan.
7. Lakukan pemeliharaan dan pembaruan pada perangkat keras komputer seperti workstation PC dan printer untuk memastikan performa yang baik.
8. Investigasi masalah perangkat lunak dan perangkat keras, kemudian laporkan kepada Manajer dan vendor atau pemasok untuk solusi lebih lanjut.
9. Lakukan backup rutin pada semua file penting di akhir setiap hari untuk melindungi data 
10. Ikut serta dalam berbagai aktivitas sesuai arahan dari manajemen.

• Prepare monthly budget requests for orders, events, and timeline planning, while coordinating with teachers
• Manage inventory of learning materials, including Montessori materials
• Conduct regular maintenance and checks of the stockroom
• Participate in meetings with parents for Parent Volunteers and after-school activities
• Act as the point of contact for the Parents Community Program, overseeing Class Parents, Parent Volunteers, and collaborating closely with Admissions
• Assist teachers in organizing and recruiting volunteers and speakers
• Support staff in communicating sensitive issues to parents
• Serve as a classroom substitute when needed
• Handle administrative tasks such as compiling lesson plans and reports
• Organize engaging events and collaborate with other departments
• Provide essential support to the leadership team
