The (Sr.) Workforce Support Specialist will directly provide employees and leaders with day to day HR workforce support.  S/he will be a member of Asia Pacific Workforce Support Team, with the primary support assignments of handling employee relation issues, providing consultancy on HR policies, procedures to employees and managers in the region. S/he will also provide support across multiple groups/sites as needed. Reporting to the Workforce Support Leader, this individual will be the main point of contact for employees and managers regarding employee relations, and co-own employee engagement and satisfaction for the region.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Serve as the main point of contact for employees for employee relations related inquiries, complaints and customer service(e.g. case management, policy or protocol navigation).

• Support managers on HR related activities such as promotions, investigations, absenteeism management, corrective actions, PIPs, terms and restructuring activities.

• Assist HR workforce support leadership regarding policy reviews, policy

improvements, training opportunities etc.

• Work in strong collaboration with other workforce support tiers to ensure inquiries are resolved in a timely, friendly and comprehensive way.  

• Support leaders on finding and using resources on core processes such as GPS, Performance Management, Development etc.  

• Master our digital toolset, in particular ad.a/Servicenow. Support and resolve regional employee relations issues using servicenow. Continually look for ways to use technology to aid HR and EE experience.

• Support key projects focused on new process or capability development/enhancement. 

1. Customer Support

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
• Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and handling any issues related to their accounts and orders.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues, escalating complex problems to higher-level support as needed.

1. Strategy Development

• Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and systems.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and streamline service operations.
• Analyze customer feedback and service metrics to inform project initiatives and decision-making.
• Ensure all interactions align with company standards and contribute to a positive customer experience.
• Ensure customer service standard operating procedures are updated and maintained

      3. Project Management

• Lead and manage customer service projects from inception to completion, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met on time

     4. Collaboration:

• Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues to enhance team performance and service quality.
• Foster a collaborative environment and encourage team members to contribute ideas and solutions.

We are currently looking for Customer Support Specialists (f/m/d) to join our Team!

What you will do

• Answering customer’s requests via chat and email, helping and guiding them through the app and providing them with the best user experience in English
• Being our customers voice by sharing their feedback and reporting their issues

• Demonstrated expertise in customer support or service, with a preference for experience in the banking or financial services industry and dealing with SMEs
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Good observational skills for process and product improvement
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, encompassing both verbal and written proficiency in English
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and thriving under pressure in a dynamic environment
• Comprehensive knowledge of SME banking products, services, and processes.
• Capable of working within the CEST time zone, committing to 40 hours per week, distributed as 8 hours per day, excluding a 1-hour lunch break.
• Fluent in English. Other European languages are an advantage.

We are seeking a customer-oriented service representative to act as a liaison, provide product/services information, and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

1. Use of ServiceNow tool to manage and handle all IT issues, incidents, problems, and requests from users. 

2. Adherence to SLAs and defined KPIs. Follow ITIL framework to manage IT Support services. 

3. Maintain customer interactions. 

4. Collaborate with 3rd party service providers to guarantee operations service quality. 

5. Continuous improvements in the IT operation. 

6. Ensure the incident, change management and problem management are correctly applied, activate third parties when needed. 

7. A key player in the relationship between Infrastructure & OT and Applications teams and usually are part of a regional Service Delivery team. 

8. Transitioning knowledge from build to run. 

9. Participate and deploy local, regional, and global projects. 

10. Alignment and compliance with LDC regional/global standards. 

11. Adhere to LDC cybersecurity framework, policies and procedures to protect the critical infrastructure against cybersecurity threats.

• Successfully execute special projects that support our pilot and enterprise implementations as needed.
• Troubleshoot customer issues efficiently and identify solutions, working independently and collaboratively as needed.
• Proactively research and stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide informed answers.
• Ensure all customer facing materials are updated with the latest releases and the most relevant information.
• Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.

Skills & Experience

• Communication Skills: You have advanced English communication skills, and are equally comfortable talking to internal teammates and external customers. You have managed customers on voice/video from Australia, UK, and/or USA in a user-facing role.
• Problem solving: Able to quickly understand customer pain points and engage with them on the solution most relevant to them.
• Support Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field, supporting the growth of software products while working remotely. 
• Technical comfort: Familiarity with a variety of software applications is preferred. Ability to learn and adapt to new software programs quickly. Comfortable with MS-Office / G-suite. Experience with Hubspot is a plus.
• Startup DNA: You’re flexible, comfortable with ambiguity, and have experience wearing multiple hats while supporting rapid growth. You have been a one-person army when needed, or worked as an early employee.
