As a Senior Customer Success Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining post-sales relationships with Dynatrace’s largest, most complex, and most valuable customers. A large percentage of the customers you engage with will be Enterprise customers from a Dynatrace spend perspective as well as some customers that are part of the Enterprise Success & Support program and have a mix of other dynatrace services involved. You will be a trusted strategic advisor, ensuring the successful deployment and adoption of all Dynatrace products. • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., PM, sales, onboarding team) to develop customised solutions for high-end or complex customer requirements.
• Ensure the proper configuration, calibration, and operational readiness of systems upon installation or upgrade.

3. Troubleshooting & Problem Resolution:

• Provide expert-level diagnostics and troubleshooting for critical or highly technical equipment failures, often requiring the use of diagnostic tools, Rpa or Ticketing system-based data, and AI-powered platforms.
• Manage and resolve escalated customer issues, ensuring minimal downtime and high customer satisfaction.
• Use data analytics, predictive maintenance tools and to identify underlying causes of recurring issues and address them proactively.

4. Proactive Maintenance & Performance Optimization:

• Lead predictive maintenance programs by analysing data to anticipate and prevent equipment failures before they occur.
• Work closely with customers to develop and execute proactive service plans, ensuring systems and equipment are continually optimised for peak performance.
• Conduct site surveys and audits to assess equipment conditions, making recommendations for upgrades, repairs, or improvements that enhance system longevity and customer ROI.

5. Remote Support & Digital Tools Integration:

• Use remote monitoring tools, Omnichannel app. and AI-based generated video to diagnostics and provide real-time assistance to team and/or customers, reducing the need for on-site visits.
• Ensure that the service data captured is used to create actionable insights for both field service operations and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the integration of digital tools into daily operations, ensuring that engineers are using platforms like digital tools, ticketing systems, mobile apps, omnichannel, and diagnostic tools effectively.

6. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, acting as a trusted advisor for technical solutions and system optimization.
• Ensure customers are satisfied with service delivery by managing expectations and communicating progress throughout installations, repairs, or service events.
• Provide technical recommendations for equipment upgrades, system expansions, or new developed technologies that can help customers meet their business goals.

7. Process Improvement & Knowledge Sharing:

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Perform Technical Support & Customer Care Activities

• Repair, installation, calibration, commissioning and after sales maintenance service to the customer
• Ensure timely execution of job assignments and comply with all documentation requirements for repairs & service activities
• Escalate repair issues to factory / Service Manager when necessary.
• To report systemic quality issues encountered

Requirements:

1. Education / Professional Certification

• Degree in Electro medics/electro Bio Medic, electrical or mechanical engineering or any related field

2. Experience

• Knowledge in medical devices specifically for microscope, ophthalmology (diagnostic, therapeutic) equipment is preferable.
• Experience handling customer feedback, complaints, and dissatisfaction

The IT Service Desk Engineer reports to the IT Support Manager

Purpose of the function 

The IT Service Desk Engineer is the point of contact for end users for operational questions, requests and problems regarding ICT services (incl. applications). Within the Service Desk, the IT Service Desk Engineer is responsible for first-line solutions to problems in the ICT services. As such, they are directly responsible for keeping the work environment of the end users productive. Tickets are coming in via different communication channels like Phone, Chat, Portal or mail. Most of the tickets will be submitted in a structured way via the IT Service Desk Portal. If the ticket cannot be resolved by the IT Service Desk Engineer, he/she will triage it to the right resolution group and will follow up.  

Service Requests which can be resolved via standard operational procedures will be resolved by the IT Service Desk Engineer.  

The position is in Jakarta and mostly carried out between 12.00 - 10.00 PM WIB to serve users in European time zone. The candidate might also need to work in shifts and in stand-by where applicable. After an initial induction period in the office, you may choose to work largely from home.    

Output area’s  

1. Supporting users by telephone, chat, portal or mail in a broad area of IT topics like workstation, applications, telephony and network. 
2. As the SPOC for end users, the Service Desk Engineer analyses the call or ticket and determines how and with whom it can best being solved. The aim is to solve a high percentage by the Service Desk itself without 0 hubs.  
3. Registering, solving, communicating, coordinating, and following up incidents and problems often under high pressure and directly affecting the production process. Incidents and problems often vary in nature.  
4. Triage tickets to the relevant groups and follow-up 
5. Update the Service Now system with relevant information and   
6. Communication with end users and back-end departments 
7. Preparing and providing information (manuals, explanations, presentation) for users and internal IT usage   

Responsibilities / Tasks

• Make sure service sales annual target is achieved.
• Visit customer on regular basis to maintain relationship.
• Identify, specify, and meet customer needs and demands.
• Prepare solution service proposal to meet customer’s requirement (Upgrade, Modification, SLA)

Your Profile / Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any Engineering discipline
• Min 5 years’ experience as Sales for Liquid and Powder especially in dairy, food, beverage. 
• Min 3 years’ experience in preparing project proposals.
• Strong knowledge on processing equipment
• Sales-driven - have a passion to achieve sales target.
• Able to read and prepare design basis P&ID
• People-oriented - have a passion to meet and visit people/customers, good interpersonal skills.
