POSITION REQUIREMENTS

● SMK, D1, D2, D3 Elektronika, Sistem Otomasi

● 1-5 years of part/full time project

● Memiliki pemahaman tentang komponen dasar (resistor, diode, kapasitor, transistor, dll), komponen tingkat lanjut (IC, Modul elektronik)

● Memiliki pemahaman tentang dasar-dasar kelistrikan dan mampu menganalisa permasalahan kelistrikan

● Memiliki kemampuan untuk merangkai rangkaian elektronika hingga berfungsi dengan semestinya

● Memiliki kemampuan dalam menggunakan alat ukur kelistrikan seperti avometer, oscilloscope, logic analyzer, dan lain-lain

● Memiliki kemampuan untuk melakukan instalasi dan pemasangan alat-alat IoT sesuai dengan situasi dan kondisi lokasi pemasangan

● Memiliki kemampuan untuk melatih atau membimbing kolega untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kemahiran dalam domain atau kompetensi tertentu.

● Memiliki kemampuan untuk memahami tujuan bisnis dan mampu melakukan diskusi konstruktif dengan stakeholders terkait.

● Memiliki kemampuan untuk bekerjasama dengan tim, baik internal maupun eksternal stakeholders untuk mencapai skenario yang menguntungkan bagi kedua belah pihak.

As a Fraud IT Operation Support, you will be responsible as a first level risk assessment for monitoring, analyzing, and investigating possible fraud incidents on digital platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure security measures are in place and that incidents are promptly addressed.

What you will do, but not limited to:

• Monitor systems to detect fraudulent activities across digital platforms. 

• Analyze data to identify patterns and trends of fraud. 

• Detect, categorize and prioritize reported fraud incidents and collaborate with relevant teams to mitigate risks. 

• Implement preventive measures and best practices to prevent fraud. 

• Document findings and report incidents to management with actionable insights. 

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field. 

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT operations, fraud detection, or cybersecurity. Experience of working in a large company will be a plus point. 

• Skills to manipulate complex data with SQL. 

• Familiarity with fraud detection tools and methodologies. 

• Excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating with one or more teams. 

• Knowledge of IT security protocols and best practices. 

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. 

• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment. 

• Experience in telecommunications or digital platforms is a plus.
