• Be responsible for the daily updates of business performances tracker
• Measure and analyze performances of business funnel and other tracker to help business team to have a full view on business performance
• Working closely with Product team to assist on going or future product development needed based on each business units needs and learnings
• Working with the different teams from product, marketing, customer support, legal, finance sales and operation

As our Digital Lending Support Intern, you will be part of an excellent team to create values and products to fasten financial inclusion in Indonesia. This role will directly report to the Head of Business Development and this role also are part of the small team consisting of 3 Business Development.

Responsibilities:

●      Support Operational Processes: Assist in day-to-day manual tasks, including data entry, and updating records.

●      Data Quality and Accuracy: Conduct quality checks and ensure data accuracy across all reports and processes.

●      Documentation: Maintain clear and organized documentation of operational processes and tasks.

Qualifications:

• Providing IT Support for Bosch Indonesia users following IT Service Management processes
• Operation of End Client Devices (IT Fleet Management and Manage Print Services), including of support and troubleshooting for all Bosch Indonesia locations
• Supporting Bosch Indonesia colleagues in their role as Local IT Infrastructure Partner and Local Services Support roles.

  • Checking inspection report format and photo
  • Conducting BeQik (Rexroth Indonesia Monitoring Service Job Update)
  • Monitoring Purchase Requisition Order
  • Checking regularly for workshop consumable items and creating purchase plan
  • Checking daily for 5R implementation at the workshop
  • Checking equipment calibration schedule
• Supporting engineering team in project as a project admin,
  • Monitoring ETO (Engineering to Order) part list : Status/delivery date and component readiness at warehouse for assembly process
  • Maintaining ETO documentation completeness together with ETO Team
