1. Schedule and prepare for training sessions with the channel and Support other teams in conducting the training.

To promote SU and to recruit students according to the given target number from the management.

Responsibilities:

• To represent Sampoerna University at extensively at internal & external  recruitment events such as but not limited to: participate at an on and off-campus recruitment events, such as Open Days, Campus Tours, Workshops, etc.
• To build relation and network with selected target high school through the principle or councelors in order to reach potential students and parents in order to achieve target number of applciants that will lead to target number of committed students
• To deliver high quality presentations about Sampoerna University as well with give accurate information, advice and guidance to prospective students.
• Work closely with Student Recruitment Manager in identifying market as well with developing recruitment strategy to earn leads and conversions through activities.
• Input students data and application, follow up on all opportunity  or interested leads. Updating all students status on a daily and weekly basis.
• Coordinate with Admissions, Testing Center, Bursary and other related department to ensure all applications, applying and admitted students are dealt accordingly
   

Key Responsibilities

• Research and Innovation: Assist in researching and developing new IoT technologies, frameworks, and solutions.
• Prototyping: Participate in the design and development of prototypes to validate concepts and refine IoT solutions.
• Testing and Validation: Conduct testing and validation of IoT prototypes and products to ensure quality and performance.

• Documentation: Document research findings, technical specifications, and project progress.
• Learning and Development: Stay updated on the latest IoT trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to support R&D initiatives.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Experience or internship in IoT development or research is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of IoT protocols, cloud platforms, and embedded systems development.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience with AI/ML applications in IoT.
• Familiarity with sensor technologies and data analytics.
• Knowledge of prototyping tools and methodologies.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Lead total education/training strategy and action plan with excellent execution OMNI to drive business growth in Indonesia while ensuring the right fit approach within brand DNA and values
• Review and identify/initiate Education programs/modules from HQ that are relevant and fit with business strategy
• Prepare the training module and plan
• Conduct the training session and follow up on the results regularly
• Evaluate training results, coaching, and developing Beauty Advisor in each store
• Evaluate the success of training to develop further training needs
• Being in the field regularly to execute the designed training for the sales team and raise information to create further training needs
• Ensure compliance with brand policies, standards, and procedures
• Assists the Brand Team in launching events, principal store visits, and other team activities
• Prepare and submit monthly training reports
• Deliver training, evaluation, and development report
• Work closely with all functions to manage new product/campaign launches on time as planned and implement in-depth product knowledge across all field teams Performing the beauty class

• At least 2-3 years experience in the beauty industry, preferably within the skin care, beauty, make-up, and haircare category
• Excellent knowledge/experience in retail business
• Strong interpersonal, communication & coaching skills
• Experience in building effective teams
• Creative, proactive, and high motivation in work
• A results-driven achiever with ambition, motivation, and dynamism
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Has a positive work attitude, sociable, and fast learner
• Good problem-solving and customer service skills
