Tasks & Responsibilities

• Melakukan pekerjaan perawatan mekanik / listrik / elektronik / instrumen mesin-mesin produksi sesuai dengan jadwal dan petunjuk yang sudah ditentukan
• Memeriksa kemampuan peralatan mekanik / listrik / elektronik / instrumentasi yang ada dengan alat ukur untuk memastikan bawah peralatan tersebut dalam kondisi prima
• Melakukan troubleshooting peralatan mekanik / listrik mesin produksi
• Mempersiapkan peralatan dan bahan-bahan untuk digunakan dalam perawatan dan perbaikan peralatan mekanik / listrik mesin-mesin produksi
• Melakukan pekerjaan perbaikan di workshop atau laboratorium listrik / elektronik

Perhitungan standar kebutuhan mesin dan proyek peningkatan OEE serta bekerja sama dengan departemen terkait untuk memastikan persiapan model baru hingga aktivitas perubahan dilaksanakan dengan baik

Qualifications:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics or Automation Engineering
• Minimum 2 years’ experience
• Experience in automated industrials,production machining design controls and PLCS
• Have experience in designing spesial purpose machine
• Have experience in automation system and moving part or mechanism and electrical design
• Have a good understanding of automation standard part and material
• Have a good understanding of flowchart and circuit diagram
• Proficient using 2D/3D Cad
• Have Creativity,logic,vision,trouble shooting and problem solving skills
• Acurate,high attention to detail and a part learner

Job Description :

• Reviewing and evaluating the existing process to be automated
• Breaking down the concept into requirement and cost budgeting
• Design automation system and requirement using engineering tools until its ready to be used
• planing project time

Engineer hotel, tugas utama Anda adalah memastikan semua sistem teknis di hotel berjalan dengan lancar. Anda akan bertanggung jawab untuk pemeliharaan, perbaikan, dan pengoperasian peralatan seperti AC, sistem listrik, perpipaan, lift, dan lain lain

• Leading engineering department staffs and directs them to achieve department & company objective
• Managing accounting/budgeting and providing various reports as necessary
• Manages technicians in term of: determining workload and delegating assignments, training, monitoring and evaluating performance, and initiating corrective or disciplinary actions
• Becoming the person in charge for audit for safety
• Coordinate or acts as a liaison between vendors/contractors or work unit and local statutory governmental organization
• Interprets and implements policies and procedures; evaluates staff and makes hiring and termination recommendations
• Assumes other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the Residence Manager

• Plan and organize all process activities in the Engineering Department, including Boiler, Intake and Water Treatment.
• Focus on management of engineering process.
• Improve TPM (total preventive maintenance)
• Manage research, feasibility studies, and cost breakdown related with engineering departement.
• Direct the daily activities of the engineering staff
• Continually examine all new materials, processes, procedures, and technology in the engineering field.
• Budget and effectively control expenses of Engineering Department.
