A.  Qualifications:

• Minimum education: SMK (Vocational High School) in Electrical Engineering, D3 Electrical, or S1 Electrical Engineering
• Strong and adequate physical condition
• Maximum age of 30
• Expertise in low and high voltage electrical systems and electronic equipment
• Proficient in handling generators, main panels, electrical network installations, also create or develop electrical systems also blueprints.
• create, calculating and develop electrical schematics (wiring diagram, SLD, Electrical Block Diagram), as well as maintenance and repairs
• Able to work both in a team and individually
• Able to work under pressure
• Willing to handle tasks outside of electrical work that are part of the FEM (Facility, Equipment & Maintenance) division
• Willing to work in shifts and available for on-call duty outside of normal working hours

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of electrical theory and practice
• Knowledgeable in electrical distribution panel assembly
• Proficient in using AutoCAD software
• Minimum of 3 years of experience
• Possession of a professional engineer certification or relevant professional qualification certificate is highly preferred (LSP/BNSP or equivalent)
• Basic understanding of pump control systems and plumbing
• Familiarity with IP CCTV systems, door access, and other automation systems
• Holder of a valid SIM A (driver's license)

B.  Job Description:

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and adhering to technical specifications and electrical engineering standards
• Integrating electrical systems with other systems, such as machinery or software, to ensure seamless operation
• Diagnosing electrical system faults, proposing solutions, and performing repairs
• Ensuring on-site electrical engineering practices comply with safety regulations and industry standards
• Repairing electrical panel boxes and cable connections
• Conducting regular inspections and general electrical maintenance

• Design and develop work method, line tooling, line layout and manpower for Torso and Sub-assembly process.
• Responsible for accurate calculation of material yield, labor hours and machine capacity.
• Run pilots for new product development
• Develop and implement process improvement in Torso and Sub-assembly area.
• Support automation projects through effective and efficient process design

• Build and maintain reusable iOS components & SDKs
• Build mobile automation and tooling to enhance engineering productivity and quality
• Monitor apps in production and optimize them for quality, reliability, and performance
• Collaborate with developers from product engineering teams to align on technical solutions and best practices, and maintain a high-quality code culture
• Ensure the app has a clean, modular and robust architecture to enable various teams to easily contribute code and build product features
• Adopt the latest iOS SDKs and technologies to drive product and iOS platform innovation

• Melakukan briefing bersama supervisor dan kepada bawahannya.
• Mengalokasikan tenaga mekanik yang dibutuhkan pada shift yang bersangkutan, termasuk untuk penugasan lembur.
• Melakukan inspeksi mesin yang beroperasi di bagian produksi dan melakukan tindakan yang sesuai jika dibutuhkan.
• Mengkomunikasikan kerusakan mesin kepada supervisor produksi yang bertugas untuk rencana perbaikannya.
• Melakukan troubleshooting:
• Menganalisa penyebab kerusakan pada mesin.
• Melakukan perbaikan pada mesin jika terjadi breakdown.
• Aktif menindaklanjuti hasil temuan dari program audit, seperti Red Tag, GMP, EHS, TPM, dan dari aplikasi shopfloor audit.
• Melakukan perawatan dan perbaikan:
• Membawa sparepart yang rusak atau membutuhkan perawatan ke workshop untuk diperbaiki.
• Memperbaiki varian-varian spareparts yang rusak.
• Melakukan aktivitas Preventive Maintenance mesin-mesin SPAMI sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah ditetapkan.
• Membuat catatan aktifitas harian mekanik.
• Membuat laporan Preventive Maintenance dan melakukan “Technical Completion” (TECO) untuk Work Order Number (WO) PM di SAP untuk aktifitas PM yang sudah selesai dikerjakan.
• Ikut serta dalam pembuatan perencanaan perawatan mesin (inspeksi, pergantian spareparts, service dan maintenance).
• Memberikan pengarahan dan pembinaan kepada bawahan jika diperlukan.
• Memelihara dan merawat peralatan kerja.
• Bertanggungjawab terhadap aktifitas troubleshooting.
• Bertanggungjawab terhadap aktifitas maintenance-repair.
• Bertanggungjawab terhadap aktifitas Preventive-Maintenance.
• Bertanggungjawab atas pengalokasian tenaga mekanik yang dibutuhkan.
• Menentukan dan memutuskan perbaikan mesin, beserta penggantian sparepart yang rusak untuk menghindari breakdown yang tinggi.
• Mengalokasi tenaga mekanik yang dibutuhkan untuk menghindari situasi kerja yang tidak maksimal.

We are looking for an Chief Engineer who is highly motivated to work with our Engineering team for our Delonix Hotel Karawang.

Responsibilities

• Manages all engineering/maintenance operations, including maintaining the building, grounds and physical plant with particular attention towards safety, security and asset protection.
• Accountable for managing the budget, capital expenditure projects, preventative maintenance and energy conservation. Responsible for maintaining regulatory requirements.
• Leads the emergency response team for all facility issues.

• Experience at least 2 years solid experience in Engineering in the hospitality industry and must have experience as Chief Engineering,
• Good in English communication in both written and spoken.
• Strong leadership skills with an acute sense of good judgment and critical thinking.
• Excellent organization skills, analytical skills, tact, strong follow-up skills, and project management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and good communication skills.
• Good knowledge of project construction and direct experience would be an advantage.
• Has the ability to analyze financial data, budgeting, and cost calculation for an effective return on investment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required. Master's degree is desirable.
