• Lead predictive maintenance programs by analysing data to anticipate and prevent equipment failures before they occur.

5. Remote Support & Digital Tools Integration:

• Use remote monitoring tools, Omnichannel app. and AI-based generated video to diagnostics and provide real-time assistance to team and/or customers, reducing the need for on-site visits.
• Ensure that the service data captured is used to create actionable insights for both field service operations and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the integration of digital tools into daily operations, ensuring that engineers are using platforms like digital tools, ticketing systems, mobile apps, omnichannel, and diagnostic tools effectively.

6. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, acting as a trusted advisor for technical solutions and system optimization.
• Ensure customers are satisfied with service delivery by managing expectations and communicating progress throughout installations, repairs, or service events.

7. Process Improvement & Knowledge Sharing:

• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service delivery processes, ensuring maximum efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead post-service reviews to assess the success of service engagements, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.

9. Reporting & Documentation:

Some of your duties will include:

Some of your duties will include:

• To maintain the reliability, safety, and efficiency of mechanical System like rotating equipment maintenance, overhead crane maintenance, fabrication, hydraulic and utility equipment maintenance work including associated infrastructure and equipment of the Amman Mineral Industri Copper Smelter complex at Sumbawa Island in Indonesia to maximize uptime of the plant and machinery.  

• Mechanical specialists must ensure the complete copper smelter equipment maintenance on day-to-day basis as per manager/Superintendent/supervisor given task, they may be worked by hand with the help of contract crew for emergency break-down of equipment. 

• They have to do some critical assembly like critical pumps, gear boxes, RAV, hydraulic cylinder, wheel assembly, high speed compressor/blower, alignment of any rotatory equipment, and critical equipment bearing fitment. 

• To monitor the deployment and productivity of the outsourced maintenance team under jurisdiction for mechanical maintenance in compliance with all statutory, health, safety, environment norms.

Some of your duties will include:

• To oversee technical support to mechanical engineering and operations functions at the Amman Mineral Industri Copper Smelter complex at Sumbawa Island in Indonesia including the Smelters, Refinery, Sulphuric Acid Plant, Precious Metal Plant, Utilities, Raw Material Handling Plant and associated infrastructure and equipment by providing the equipment refurbishment , maintenance and equipment support to operation and maintenance team to  maximise uptime of the plant and machinery and improve sustainability.
