As our Finance Intern, you will get a chance to handle the financial record, reconcile the data and maintain supporting documents

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all Finance records have been recorded correctly and in timely manner
• Prepare and create records of some transaction when necessary
• Reconciliation all account to produce Financial Statement
• Maintain all supporting documents, including to support audit process
• Involving to Migration project in internal team

• Preferably fresh graduate or student with less of regular class at campus
• Mandatory can working at Jakarta office and fully intern for 6 months
• Graduated from Accounting, Finance of related field
• Proficiency in Excel or Spreadsheet (SUM IF, PIVOT, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and other)
• Familiar with Accounting Principles and Journaling
• Self-motivated and detail oriented
• Quick to collaborate and coordinate with team members

• Coordinate and communicate to bank for overseas payment (incl. statement letter, underlying document, LLD (Lalu Lintas Devisa), report, etc.) & prepare adhoc report ro be reviewed by HOD
• Keeping track of all payments and expenditures (payroll, purchase orders, invoices, claims, etc.)
• Keeping track of all collections from customer & incoming payment
• Responsible for monthly reconciliation for customer accounts & monitoring customer collection status, overdue, and collection schedule.
• Responsible for maintaining assets master data in the system
• Prepare journal entries (incl. depreciation, accruals, provision, revaluation, etc.)
• Support monthly and annual closing process
• Responsible for company taxation topics (incl. WHT tax, prepaid tax, and VAT) & maintain tax payment receipt (Bukti Penerimaan Negara – BPN)

Internship Period : 6 Months (preferred)

During this 6 months internship you will have the opportunities:

• To learn and support in finance projects such as create, review and check financial statements, ledgers, accounts, and initiate correction where appropriate.

• Prepare financial analytics including variances reporting and highlight any matter of concern.

• Involve in finance initiatives and projects e.g processes improvement and systems migration.

• Handle intercompany cross charge and reconciliation.

• Ensure timely submission of monthly management reporting.

• Working with the different teams to drive user acceptance during implementation of new tools

• Monitor, enforce and improve internal controls, accounting procedures and policies.

The Role

You will deep-dive into Finance department during the duration of your internship, function as a full member of the team and achieve business objectives through your daily responsibilities and your team-specific anchor project.

Main Responsibilities :

• Transactions recording of all financial activities to SAP.
• Perform Bank, AP/ AR, and other Accounts Reconciliation.
• Communicate and align with external related departments.
• Maintain and organize documentation properly.
• Assist for administrative, reports and any other duties as assigned.
• Assist with the Finance & Accounting Team in the month-end closing process.

Requirements & Experiences:

• Final year student or Fresh Graduate in Accounting, or related field.

1. Handle administration process for Customer Sales Report (CSR)

2. Maintain 3 bank books

3. Checking - sending Invoices and Tax Invoices to customer

4. Do administrative activities such as filling payment advice, invoices and tax invoices

5. Organizing and documenting relevant data in the finance division to support the team in managing cash flow and ensure the smoothness of daily operations

Qualifications:
