As a B2B Partnership & Account Manager (IT Product Solution), you will be instrumental in fostering relationships with key partners and clients to promote our IT product solutions. Your role will be key in identifying opportunities, managing accounts effectively, and ensuring successful delivery of technology solutions that meet client needs.

What you will do but not limited to: 

• Identify and target potential B2B clients to present our IT product solutions and services. 

• Develop strategic partnership frameworks and lead negotiations to secure optimal agreements. 

• Conduct needs assessments to create tailored solutions for partners and clients. 

• Manage the end-to-end account lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience for partners.

• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver high-quality product solutions and support. 

• Monitor account performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to management.

• Stay updated with technological advancements and market trends to advise clients effectively. 

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields. 

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in B2B Partnership Management, Account Management, or IT product sales. 

• In-depth knowledge of IT product solutions and related services. 

• Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships with various stakeholders. 

• Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

As a B2B Partnership & Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in building strategic alliances and managing client relationships. This role will focus on enhancing collaboration between INDICO and its partners, ensuring mutual growth and success.

Some of your duties will include:

·        Rapidly respond to aircraft emergencies, including fires, crashes, and hazardous material incidents.

·        Operate and drive emergency vehicles to the scene of an incident.

·        Perform firefighting operations, including extinguishing fires and rescuing trapped individuals.

·        Provide medical aid and first response services to injured persons until advanced medical personnel arrive.

·        Conduct regular inspections of aircraft to identify and mitigate potential safety hazards.

·        Perform routine checks and maintenance on ARFF vehicles and firefighting equipment to ensure operational readiness.

·        Ensure adherence to aviation safety regulations and industry standards.

·        Maintain accurate records of incidents, training, equipment maintenance, and other relevant activities.

·        Able to explain knowledge of fire pumps, fire extinguishing tactics and techniques, knowledge of the main duties and functions of aviation accident rescue and firefighting personnel (PKP-PK).

·        Able to explain, implement and analyze emergency service and aviation safety regulations related to airports.

·        Able to develop and evaluate emergency suspension procedure.

·        To carry out vehicle maintenance, supporting equipment and operational support ARFF.

·        Can explain and operate the main vehicle PKP-PK type foam tender type I, Il, Ul, IV, V, V, Vl, RIV, fire fighting boat, supporting vehicles and supporting equipment.

·        Able to operate watchroom equipment (radio communication equipment).

·        Able to explain the knowledge of human factors for PKP-PK (human factors for ARFF) personnel.

·        Involves managing a team of ARFF personnel, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, conducting training, and maintaining equipment. 

Some of your duties will include:

·        Coordinate and oversee airport operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with regulations. This includes managing flight schedules, ground services, and coordination between different departments.

·        Direct aircraft movement using hand signals and communication devices.

·        Guide aircraft to and from parking positions, gates, and maintenance areas.

·        Ensure proper alignment of aircraft for safe docking and undocking.

·        Supervise and regulate movement traffic on the apron.

·        Coordinate with air traffic control, pilots, and ground staff to facilitate smooth aircraft movement.

·        Provide accurate instructions and updates regarding aircraft positioning and status.

·        To ensure the safety of the movement of people, equipment and aircraft on the apron.

·        To Analyze all activities on the apron during peak hours and plan aircraft parking arrangements in an emergency case.

·        To ensure that the facilities on the apron are in good condition.

·        To evaluate and coordinate operational activities on the apron and able to communicate with pilots in terms of regulating aircraft movement on the apron, especially for airside movement service personnel on duty in the tower.

·        Assist in the coordination of refueling, servicing, and loading/unloading of aircraft.

·        Support other ground operations tasks as needed, including the management of ground equipment.

• Melakukan analisa dan identifikasi potensi penghematan terhadap biaya spare part kebutuhan produksi
• Memeriksa memvalidasi penghematan yang telah diterima
• Melakukan promosi atau sosialisasi Proyek
• Membuat laporan mingguan termasuk catatan pertemuan untuk setiap status Proyek
• Memastikan bahwa insentif untuk penghematan yang sudah terealisasi akan dibayar tepat waktu
• Mengkoordinasikan program penghematan perusahaan dengan melakukan rapat bersama tim proyek serta melakukan update dari ppemimpin proyek
• Melakukan komunikasi secara efektif program penghematan biaya dengan melakukan update secara reguler pada papan informasi, kampanye komunikasi, dll.
• Memimpin sistem ide yang berhubungan dengan program penghematan biaya atau sejenisnya
• Melakukan tugas-tugas yang berhubungan dengan pekerjaan lainnya yang diberikan oleh atasan.
• 2-3 hari per minggu akan bekerja di area administrasi untuk lebih dekat dengan pimpinan proyek
• Alokasi waktu kerja untuk program penghematan biaya 80%, untuk LEAN/TPM 20% /
• Laporan garis putus ke Finance direktur sebagai chairman program cost saving

Tanggung Jawab : 

• Memenuhi target bulanan 

• Melakukan monitoring yang berkaitan dengan casual leasing

• Membuat laporan operasional 

• Membina hubungan kerjasama yang baik dengan calon tenant atau exhibitor

• Melakukan presentasi dan negosiasi kepada tenant dan calon tenant untuk mencapai target
• Menyusun database tenant dan calon tenant
• Membuat laporan sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan standar departemen
• Membina hubungan baik dengan calon tenant, tenant, dan exhibitor

• Handle library operation services (circulation, membership, photocopy machine services, reception etc.)

• Mengelola & bertanggung jawab atas terlaksananya kegiatan penagihan A/R overdue (keterlambatan pembayaran) secara tepat waktu.
• Mengunjungi nasabah dalam rangka penagihan kepada nasabah.
• Membantu cabang dalam proses penanganan mitra bermasalah.
• Mencapai target yang ditentukan oleh perusahaan.

• Supporting day-to-day activity for Handling Facility Services, Building and MAE Facilities maintenance.
• Managing Factory Facility, Infrastructure Services, and New Project Development and Renovation.

• Doing HSE activity through Safety Meeting & Gemba Walk, Electrical Safety, Nearmis Activity
• Manage Security Services (SES) and Security Governance with PS/PSO, C/AUP13, 
• Handling of Hazardous Material, and Handling of Hazardous Waste and Nonhazardous material, Waste Water Control, UKL/UPL Inspection and Commercial Process.
• Develop and Maintain of HSE Management System and Quality Management System, such as Bosch Process Compass, IATF, ISO14001/ ISO45001/ SMK3 (P2K3)
• Compliance Control for HSE Legal Requirement, Industrial estate Regulation and Customer Need.
• FCM/ HSE/ SES Reporting of activities (Daily, Monthly, Planned Activities) and summarizing KPI & KPR achievement of each process.
