As an F&B Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring the highest level of service and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and supervising all F&B outlets and events
• Ensure smooth operation and coordination between front of house and back of house
• Monitor and maintain quality standards in service delivery and presentation
• Train and motivate staff to provide exceptional customer service
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
• Assist with inventory control, ordering, and stock management

• Proven work experience as an F&B Supervisor or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations and service standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with restaurant management software is a plus
