Mempelajari dan melakukan tindakan perbaikan berlanjut pada proses-proses kerja / operasional di departemen HRGA & Compliance

Mengkoordinasikan dan atau melakukan hubungan dan komunikasi yang baik dengan Instansi Pemerintah / instansi-instansi lainnya yang terkait dengan kegiatan kepersonaliaan dan lingkungan sekitar pabrik

• Lead the accounting & tax department, including: set and maintain SOPs and train the staff
• Representing the company to deal with outside parties (KAP auditors, taxes, suppliers, etc.) with the company's permission.
• Provide / collect company data for taxation or other audit needs.
• Monitor the preparation of periodic financial reports; reports meet basic accounting principles or financial reporting standards.

• Liaises with stewarding, housekeeping and engineering to ensure that the operation runs smoothly in areas of joint responsibility.
• Develops training plans and conducts on-the-job training sessions for Food & Beverage Service associates.
• Monitoring and controlling the property’s OE inventory.
