• Solid knowledge of OPERA Hotel System and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and good writing skills
• Effective Leadership skills, open minded, problem solver and organizational abilities

AYANA Midplaza Jakarta is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Reservation Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the reservation process and ensuring guest satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include managing hotel inventory, cross selling and maximizing hotel occupancy and revenue, providing excellent customer service, and training and supervising reservation staff. You will work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient reservation process.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role

Description of Duties:

• Achieve the sales target
• Create strategic plan for annual growth of each customer: identify source of growth, new categories, resources, & opportunities
• Review customer profitability & productivity per door
• Provide accurate monthly forecast & validate the order suggestion
• Proactively creating or supporting sales activity to keep the sales result on track vs budget
• Lead the discussion with brand manager to define the best layout per store
• Check the inbound & outbound stock & validate with the SAP system by week
