As a Talent Management intern, you will support the implementation of human resource strategy specifically in the areas of talent management, succession planning, organizational development, performance management, and project management with the objective of establishing the best place to work and empowering A-Team to achieve the best version of themselves.

Responsibilities:

• Assist operational and administrative support for Talent Management and Organization Development activities such as performance review processes, organization structure and job description updates, succession planning and talent development preparation, etc. for both in Head Office and Field Office
• Support administrative tasks for Employee Assistance Program
• Helps administrative tasks and journey for Management Trainee programs

• Fresh graduate from any major, preferably from Industrial Engineering or Psychology
• Passionate in organizational development and talent management matters
• Attention to detail and familiarity with data processing tools (Excel, Spreadsheet, etc.)

• Analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• Able to work both individually and collaboratively
• Nice to have exposure in project management

Requirements

• Having the experience of handling Field Team in FInancial Institution (banks, fintech, multifinance)
• Familiarities in creating HR Projects / HR framework. (Develop - Present - Implement)
• Good understanding  on Financial Institution Business Flow
• 3-4 years collective experience within similar industries / role
• 3-4 years collective experience within Talent Management Function
• Experienced in leading Projects as Project PMO / Project Leader / Project Supervisor
