Job Descriptions :

• Assist in gathering data and update employee names in the organization structure
• Support the revision and standardization of HC business process document formats
• Assist in creating flowcharts to illustrate their business processes using Ms. Visio
• Help to update the job descriptions and ensure they are aligned with the organizational structure & function
• Design and create informative posters related to HC policies, programs, or initiatives

Requierements :

1. Active college student or fresh graduate in a relevant field (Management, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or other related disciplines)
2. Have basic knowledge of HC management and organizational development concepts
3. Have good logical thinking & analytical skills to understand existing hc business process
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
5. Administration skills using Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
6. Preferred: have experience with flow chart or process mapping using Microsoft Visio
7. Domicile in Tangerang / South Tangerang area

1. Assist in collecting and cleaning employee data from various sources.
2. Process data using Excel or Google Sheets to create basic reports.
3. Create simple data visualizations (charts, tables) to display trends and patterns.
4. Help analyze data related to employee turnover, attendance, productivity, and engagement.
5. Support the team in preparing clear and understandable reports for management.

• Current student or recent graduate in a relevant field (Statistics, Management, Psychology, Information Technology, or other related disciplines).
• Basic data analysis skills – familiar with Excel or Google Sheets, SQL and Phyton as poin plus.
• Good communication skills – able to explain analysis results clearly and simply.
• Interest in HR and data-driven decision-making.
• Preferred: Basic experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Domicile in Tangerang / South Tangerang area

Job Responsibilities:

• Create concept and strategy for implementing Talent Identification system and process
• Create a concept and strategy for the Promotion process and procedure
• Implementing and manage end to end promotion process
• Implementing and managing the Talent Review process and all activity related
• Creating and implementing Talent Development Plan and also Individual Career and Development Plan
• Together with superior, discussing with top management about Replacement Table Chart and Talent Career Plan
• Monitoring Talent Development Activity

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology is a must with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Having knowledge about the Talent Review process & proven to have done the Talent Review process in the previous company
• Having intermediate knowledge of Ms. Excel is a must (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF, AVERAGEIFS, SUMIF, COUNTIF, etc)
• Having Assessor Certification is a plus point
• Curiosity and spirit to learn new things
• Excellence in working with minimum supervision
• High initiative and proactive
• Willing to work in: Karawaci, Tangerang
