Collaborate with HR Manager to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Source potential candidates through various channel, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
Review resumes and applications to screen candidates based on qualifications, skills, and experiences
Conduct initial screenings to access candidate suitability and interest in available positions
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other team members
Facilitate the interview process, including conducting in-person or virtual interviews
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, including time to fill, source of hire, and candidate pipeline status
Qualification :
Bachelor's degree in Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related major.
Understand of recruitment principles, techniques, and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
Working location is in Batu Ceper, Tangerang.
