• Collaborate with HR Manager to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies

• Source potential candidates through various channel, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals

• Review resumes and applications to screen candidates based on qualifications, skills, and experiences
• 
  
• Conduct initial screenings to access candidate suitability and interest in available positions

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other team members

• Facilitate the interview process, including conducting in-person or virtual interviews

• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, including time to fill, source of hire, and candidate pipeline status

Qualification :

• Bachelor's degree in Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related major.

Mengantarkan barang dari satu lokasi ke lokasi lainnya sesuai dengan jadwal dan rute yang telah ditentukan.

1. Networking Fundamentals: Understanding of OSI model, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP,

and other basic networking concepts.

2. Routing and Switching: Expertise in configuring and managing routers and

switches, including knowledge of routing protocols like OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP.

3. Network Security: Knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and other security

measures to protect the network.

4.Wireless Networking: Familiarity with wireless networking standards, protocols,

and security.

5. Network Monitoring and Management: Proficiency in using network

management tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios) to monitor network performance

and troubleshoot issues.

6. Cloud Networking: Understanding of cloud environments like AWS, Azure, and

how networking operates within these platforms.
