Job Description:

You will play a key role in supporting our team by ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Your responsibilities will include:

• Adjust raw data to align with clients' templates and specifications.
• Utilize provided resources to fill in any vacant data fields.
• Reach out to campaign participants as needed to verify or gather additional information.

Requirements :

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Comfortable in working with numbers.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged, 1-2 years’ experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in natural science, engineering, statistics, accounting, or mathematics preferred.
• Available to work a 3 to 6 month internship.
• Ready to work in a hybrid role; Monday and Friday (WFA); Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (WFO) at Menara Sentraya, Blok M, South Jakarta.

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements.
- Analyze business needs & build dashboard/analytical solutions for stakeholders to support their decision making.
- Improve data quality and resolve data related issues that may occur together with data engineer and other related parties.
- Communicate and present data to stakeholders and manage their expectation
- Design and build data marts to enable self-service analytics

What you will do, but not limited to:

• Collect, clean and transform data from various sources into a standardize format.
• Build, train and evaluate machine learning models based on the specified design.
• Create clear and informative visualizations/report to effectively communicate findings and insights to stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics and related field, or having related experience/project in Machine learning model
• Experience working with Python programming language
• Familiarity with Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) using Python and it's relevant module (pandas, numpy)
• Understanding of fundamental Machine Learning (supervised vs unsupervised, different type of ML models, evaluation model: recall vs precission)
• Having experience build, train and evaluate a machine learning model (with sklearn, pytorch or tensorflow).
• Good analytical and problem-solving problem
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

1. Working closely with strategic planners in providing needed data;
2. Maintaining, updating, and doing daily reports of sales performance and operation monitoring;
3. Creating queries in Google Bigquery; and
4. Adjusting and maintaining Zoho CRM to maintain sales performance and operation records.

As a Data Analytics Intern, you will be part of a larger Data Analytics team and work directly with a senior data analyst, to communicate your findings and build strategies around them.

What you will do:

• Provide support to overall Data Analytics team, specifically Growth domain
• Understand business problems from the department, identify and document requirements and data needed to solve them
• Performing daily data operations tasks, such as debugging errors, fixing dashboards & other ad hoc tasks
• Work closely with datasets to build data visualisation and dashboards that inform strategic planning and sound business decisions
• Understand functional and technical requirements to build reports that deliver actionable insights to key stakeholders
• Identify and Automate any repetitive tasks currently performed by team members

As a Data Analytics Intern (Finance), you will be part of a regional function working to support the finance department in Funding Societies. The role requires using a mix of skills including analysis, effective communication, creative problem solving, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to solve complex finance related business problems.

What you will do:

• Data Warehousing: Performing daily data operations tasks, such as pipeline checking, backfilling data, root cause analysis. 
• Automation: Build automation for some finance data alerts & checkers
• Dashboard: Assist dashboard operational tasks includes checking refresh schedules and updating 
• Operational: Support ad-hoc projects or duties and document the finance data glossary  assigned from time to time

You will be responsible for designing, building, implementing, and maintaining solutions and third-party integrations that work with Kata Platform for our partners. Yes, you will be building chat bots.

• Lead technical initiatives and apply systems approaches in the hydraulic motor business. 

• Collaborate with appropriate departments to share new knowledge, evidence, and best practices for continual development and innovation. 

• Demonstrate dedication to client satisfaction by anticipating their needs and providing a convenient shopping experience. 

• Use digital photographs with precise explanations to give customers and sales personnel a clear knowledge of equipment faults, allowing for faster responses. 

• Create and distribute repair history reports to clients, including instructions on how to analyze and understand the data for better decision-making.  

• Assist customers and sales staff by swiftly answering inquiries, providing answers, and making recommendations for unique service concerns and challenges, thereby ensuring customer happiness and retention.
