• Melakukan pendampingan (asistensi) Dokter Orthopedi Spine pada saat operasi menggunakan alat perusahaan.
• Membantu perusahaan meningkatkan penjualan implant Spine.

Kualifikasi :

• Usia dibawah 35 tahun.
• Minimal lulusan Diploma (D3) Keperawatan. untuk Technical Support, atau setara.
• Mempunyai pengalaman sebagai Perawat Kamar Operasi (OT), diutamakan pengalaman assistensi Dokter Orthopedi Spine.
• Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman 1 taun dikamar operasi (OT)
• Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik kepada Dokter Orthopedi Spine pengguna alat.
• STR masih aktif berlaku.
• Diutamakan memiliki Sertifikat Bedah Dasar.
• Mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan, rajin, jujur, disiplin.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Memberikan dukungan teknis & edukasi ke karyawan internal di semua departemen dalam penyelesaian masalah hardware dan software.
• Melakukan instalasi & konfigurasi perangkat baru seperti komputer, server, router, access point, serta perangkat lainnya sesuai dengan prosedur dan peraturan perusahaan.
• Melakukan langkah-langkah perlindungan sistem dan pencegahan ancaman keamanan dari virus maupun malware, serta memastikan kegiatan back-up data dilakukan secara berkala.

• Verify and action automated alerts.

• Produce clear and detailed Knowledge Articles and documentation to assist customers and other support departments.
• Deliver great customer outcomes.
• Be proactive in highlighting potential escalation risks with your Team Leader and coordinate additional resource requirements to assist with the investigation.
• Handle customer escalations, taking ownership of complicated issues, and always keep customers updated on progress.
• Comply with the Company’s information and Security Requirements and all Company Business procedures, policies, and ISO standards.
• Investigate, document, and present to the Customer Services Team Leader process improvements that enhance the customer experience.

As a Data & Tech Support. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing comprehensive IT service support, data management, IT asset procurement/expense for Indonesia. This position involves delivering 1st tier helpdesk services, desk support to internal users, troubleshooting IT-related issues, and leveraging IT and Database management.

Responsibilities:

• Helpdesk Support:
  • Provide prompt and effective L1 helpdesk services to internal users using ServiceNow via remote software, phone, email, and chat.
  • Identify, prioritize, and resolve issues related to hardware, software, systems, and network.
• Data Management:
  • Ensure effective data management practices for Indonesia office.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to address data-related challenges and ensure data integrity.
• Identity and Troubleshooting:
  • Investigate and troubleshoot problems related to IT services, including but not limited to hardware, software, systems, and network issues.
  • Escalate complex problems to higher-level support for further analysis and resolution.
• Collaboration:
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including IT, development, and project management, to ensure IT services meet users' needs.
  • Act as a liaison between different departments to streamline communication and problem resolution.
• IT Asset Procurement and Expense Processes:
  • Manage the IT asset procurement and expense processes.
  • Collaborate with vendors to obtain competitive pricing and negotiate favorable terms.
  • Provide input on cost estimates for IT budget, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
