Seorang AV Programmer bertanggung jawab untuk merancang, mengembangkan, dan mengimplementasikan solusi kontrol dan integrasi audio-visual (AV). Posisi ini melibatkan pemrograman perangkat lunak dan perangkat keras untuk berbagai sistem AV, termasuk control system seperti Crestron dan TapHome, pengaturan audio, videowall, dan perangkat integrasi lainnya. Programmer ini juga sering berkolaborasi dengan tim teknis dan pelanggan untuk memastikan bahwa sistem berjalan sesuai kebutuhan spesifik proyek.

Tanggung Jawab Utama:

• Pemrograman Control System
• Mengembangkan dan menyesuaikan program untuk sistem kontrol seperti Crestron dan TapHome.
• Membuat antarmuka pengguna (UI) yang intuitif pada layar sentuh, aplikasi, atau perangkat kontrol lainnya.
• Mengintegrasikan berbagai perangkat (proyektor, layar, lampu, AC, dll.) ke dalam sistem kontrol.
• Konfigurasi dan Pemrograman Sistem Audio
• Menyusun pengaturan pada perangkat DSP (Digital Signal Processor) seperti Biamp, XILICA, atau lainnya.
• Mengelola jalur sinyal audio, room tuning, dan optimasi suara.
• Mengatur komunikasi antara mikrofon (termasuk ceiling mic), speaker, dan perangkat AV lainnya.
• Integrasi dan Pemrograman Videowall
• Menyusun pengaturan distribusi video melalui SDVoE atau protokol lain seperti HDBaseT.
• Memastikan kompatibilitas dan sinkronisasi antar layar untuk tampilan videowall.
• Troubleshooting dan Pemeliharaan Sistem
• Mendiagnosis dan memperbaiki masalah teknis pada perangkat lunak dan perangkat keras AV.

Education:

• Server Performance Monitoring: Proactively monitor server performance within a 24/7 environment to ensure systems are operating smoothly.
• Issue Resolution: Address and resolve server-related issues within specified timeframes in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve server issues, including those related to the operating system and server applications.

• Provide product & technical guidelines, specifications, and requirements to property owners and consultants.​
