Investigate and report any violations to law/property policy, occurrences of accidents, complaints, criminal activity and crisis situations
Checking safety and hazard all around the hotel building.
Checking Hydrant and APAR function
Conduct regular floor patrols, cash counts and crowd control
Maintain the safety at Parking Area, Lobby, and Meeting rooms Area
Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
Maintain our exceptional services towards our guests and Heartists.
