Job Description

• Supporting the tasks of Legal Filling, Reviewing Agreements, Preliminary Legal Drafting & Research.
• Supporting other Legal assignments in the department.

Jobdesc :

• Handling legal review

・Legal Drafting, contract review, and legal opinion

・Legal permit, extension certification, license

・Labor law and industrial relation

・Expertise in OSS Application

・Responsible directly report to Legal Manager

• Responsible for the entire operation, staff and equipment of the Security Department.
• Delegate to supervise the entire manager section within the Department, and to assist them in preparing work schedules.
• Maintain a Hotel logbook on incidents, complaints etc. and refer them, if required to the appropriate department for follow up action.

•Assists the Management, employees, and guests in every way that is consistent with the protection and prevention objectives.

•Conduct ALERT program to educate employees on how to effectively respond to emergencies and incidents.

•Conduct all criminal investigations, put up accompanying investigation papers and reports cases which occur within the Hotel.

Tanggung jawab :

• Bertanggung jawab melakukan pengamanan area kerja, keamanan pekerja dan aset Perusahaan;

• Bertanggung jawab untuk mencatat serta memberikan tanda pengenal kepada tamu yang masuk ke lingkungan Perusahaan;

• Bertanggung jawab untuk memeriksa karyawan yang keluar masuk area Perusahaan;

• Bertanggung jawab memeriksa keluar masuk kendaraan.

Kualifikasi :

• Usia maksimal 35 tahun;

• Pendidikan minimal SMA sederajat;

• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun;

• Sehat jasmani dan rohani;

• Disiplin, tegas dan jujur;

• Tidak pernah melakukan kejahatan kriminal;

• Tidak bertindik dan bertato;

• Tidak menggunakan Narkoba dan minuman beralkhohol;

• Diutamakan memiliki sertifikat Pendidikan satuan pengamanan Gada Pratama;
