Objectives of this role

• Developing and implementing robust security strategies and policies to protect the company’s assets, employees and facilities.
• Assessing potential risks and vulnerabilities, investigating security breaches and reinforcing appropriate measures to mitigate them.
• Leading and managing a team of security personnel, including hiring, training and performance management.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of security requirements into business processes and projects.
• Conducting regular security assessments, audits and inspections to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
• Maintaining and updating emergency response plans, ensuring all employees know their roles and responsibilities.
• Collaborating with external stakeholders, such as law enforcement agencies and security vendors, to enhance security measures and respond to incidents.
• Fostering a culture of security awareness and training employees on security protocols and procedures.

• Membuat Legal Opinion dalam setiap Case yang sedang di hadapi Perusahaan
• Mereview legal contract, perjanjian kerjasama dan dokumen legal lain yang berhubungan dengan project perusahaan dimana ditempatkan
• Menguasai pembuatan dan review surat perjanjian beserta monitoring validitasnya
• Penyelesaian Sengketa Hukum Perusahaan
• Pekerjaan lainnya yang ditugaskan secara khusus oleh perusahaan

1. Menjalankan SOP baik yang diberikan oleh Pt. Sigap, maupun oleh User Pt. Sigap
2. Menjaga kemanan dan kenyamanan dilingkungan perusahaan User Pt. Sigap
3. Memberikan pelayanan terbaik sesuai dengan SOP berdasarkan kebutuhan User Pt. Sigap

• Membuat event
• Mengatur kebutuhan event
• Bekerja sama dengan para Founder dan sponsor
• Menjalin relasi dengan para Founder

• Willing to be assigned to Project site as Civil Field Engineer
• Capable to conduct simple analysis for foundation and structure
• Capable to review bar bending schedule
• Capable to use STAAD PRO

• Experience in preparing Drainage Drawing and details and/or foundation drawing in EPC Project.
• Capable to provide 3D Model using SP3D and AP3D.
• Experience in using AutoCAD.
