The IT Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, processes, and information technology systems. An FP&A professional should be a business partner for the entire organization, working closely with various business units, and a strategic advisor to the CFO function. These professionals help leaders of the finance department maintain and mitigate additional costs by identifying opportunities for efficiency, savings and investment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform budgeting and rolling forecasting the company’s future financial performance that aligns with the company’s strategic plan that sets high-level targets (revenue, net income, core strategic initiatives, etc.). The rolling forecast including forecast of the company’s performance and its direct result to the financial statements (i.e. Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, and Statement of Cash Flow) 
• Creating custom financial models to support the budget and forecast that account for trends within the business and in the broader industry and economy that may affect revenue and profit
• Perform various financial stress tests / scenarios (e.g. for new line of business or to seek efficiency within the existing business process) to provide timely, accurate and actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Responsible for putting together board reports and management reports such as variance analysis reports, which track budget vs. actual spend by department, including collecting data from different departments, verifying and consolidating that information.

About the role

As an Admin support, you will have the opportunity to participate in important projects, create and implement strategies to enhance the adoption of new digital products for Amartha's partners across all operational areas. Responsibilities

● Performing a verification check on the submission of specimens from Point.

● Submitting specimen signing requests to the COO

● Sending specimens that have been signed by the COO to Point.

● Providing solutions for issues related to the opening of new accounts or updating specimens

faced by Point.

● Monthly recap of specimen submissions and resolutions for new account openings and

specimen changes.
