Responsibilities Area:

• Developing and implementing the company's business development strategy to drive growth and market expansion.
• Identifying new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to enhance the company's product offerings.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, government agencies, and strategic partners.
• Leading negotiations and managing contracts with potential partners and clients.
• Conducting market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis to inform business decisions.
• Overseeing sales strategies and ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborating with engineering, design, and sales teams to ensure products are developed in line with customer needs and market demands.

• Monitoring and analyzing product performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance user experience and drive adoption.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, product management, or a related role.
• Proven track record of driving business growth and product development in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills for dealing with internal teams, partners, and clients.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales, to ensure cohesive product development and market alignment.
• Proficiency in market research, customer analysis, and competitive landscape evaluation.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Data-driven decision-making mindset with experience in utilizing metrics to guide product and business strategies.
• Familiarity with product development processes and methodologies, including Agile and Lean.
• Understanding of technology trends in education and how they can be leveraged to create innovative products.
