We are looking for a passionate associate to join the innovation team at NielsenIQ as Project Management Executive. We are looking for an associate who has an interest in pursuing a career in the market research industry, is interested in innovation and work in a fun and energetic team. The role as a Project Management Executive will support our accelerated business growth in the APAC Region and will be situated in our Jakarta Indonesia office.

As a Project Management Executive, you will be supporting study and questionnaire set up and working closely with other internal teams to ensure smooth and quality project execution from survey programming through the delivery of data. 

Responsibilities 

• Responsible for coordinating projects and executing standard research studies. 
• Accurately transferring client confirmed inputs into internal questionnaire authoring platforms ready for programming team’s use.  
• Complete quality checks on research materials including questionnaire and survey links to ensure they are error-free when sent to respondents. 
• Manage & update documents and materials across platforms 
• Liaise with other client success team members, programming and vendors to ensure the progress of the project is well communicated and monitored to minimize disruption of delays 
• Manage the sampling and quota requirements on the survey/router platform 
• Adhere to strict timelines and proactively anticipate, troubleshoot, overcome and/or escalate

At Community Activation, our objective is to create authentic, relevant and relatable user-generated content with our Key Opinion Buyers who include our mothers, women and dads in the Supermom Community!

Project Based - Community Activation will focus on :

• Monitoring and activating user and community to persuade them to join our campaign.
• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance, increase engagement, and maximize ROI.
• Oversee content development, ensuring it aligns with both client goals and audience preferences.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and generate reports highlighting key successes, insights, and recommendations.
• Leverage analytical tools to assess UGC engagement levels, brand mentions, and overall campaign impact.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in community activation, digital marketing or social media management, ideally in an agency setting. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Demonstrated skill in project management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and implement data-driven strategies.
• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia, preferably able to speak and write in English as well
• Available to work on a freelance contract for 3 to 6 months, Onsite in Menara Sentraya Blok M, with a working arrangement from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.

• Develop and implement comprehensive business development plans, including strategies for market entry, product positioning, and sales growth
• Manage project lifecycles from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, engineering, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential customers, partners, and investors
• Plan and execute events, conferences, and roadshows to showcase company offerings and expand market reach
• Contribute to the development and execution of overall business development strategies
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities

The ideal candidate will foster strategic partnerships, optimize client satisfaction, and ensure our organization's continuous improvement in quality, safety, and environmental management systems.

Your responsibilities as a business development executive are:

• Strategic Development and Partnerships
  • Maintain and Enhance Business Strategy: Responsible for upkeep and evolution of the medium and long-term business development strategy, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
  • Forge Strategic Partnerships: Identify and develop partnerships to support the long-term business strategy, enhancing the company's market position and growth prospects.
• Client Relationship and Stakeholder Management
  • Optimize Client Satisfaction: Manage client relationships and stakeholder engagements, including during project execution, to optimize satisfaction levels.
  • Enhance Client Engagement: Develop and maintain close connections with existing and potential clients, including but not limited to universities, local authorities, technical consultancies, and subcontractors, to identify opportunities and proactively position Boskalis as a preferred contractor.
• Business Development Activities
  • Technical Tender Compilation: Responsible for assembling technical tender documents and preparing executive summaries for multidisciplinary projects.
  • Market Development Identification: Identify market developments and compile an overview of activities to be undertaken, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of industry trends.
  • Information Management: Provide commercial information, including inquiries, contracts, visit reports, and competitive intelligence, to relevant databases to support sales and business development strategies.
• Sales and Marketing Support
  • Lead Development: Convert leads into inquiries for bidding and achieve pre-qualification with customers to enable competitive project bidding.
  • Tender Process Support: Assist the Tender Manager and tender teams during the bid process by providing vital information, trends, best practices, and project evaluations.
• Strategic Influence and Assistance
  • Market Influence: Actively influence the market by assisting clients with various solutions in early project phases to secure strategic opportunities for Boskalis.
     

Your qualities

You can move ahead as business development executive if you recognize yourself in the following:

• A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, or a professional certificate in a Technical, Nautical, or Commercial field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience within a commercial/maritime environment, encompassing roles in commercial and operational areas, business development, stakeholder management, and working with diverse cultures in an international setting.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required.
• Willing to frequently travel within the Indonesian Archipelago.
• A strong interest in project management, financial analysis, contractual negotiations, tender management, and business development.

• Develop, monitor and update integrated project plans and schedules so that projects can be executed in the most efficient manner possible.
• Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents for approval by project teams.
• Assess impacts to the critical path and near-critical activities and report to the project team.
• Monitor schedule deviations and variances and assist in the developing of alternative methods for corrective action.
• Prepare and provide schedule progress reports, trending charts and schedule analysis on a periodic basis.
• Maintain record of scope changes, trends and variances that potentially affect schedule performance.
• Assure credibility of the information contained in the schedule.
• Review schedules with project team members on a regular basis to ensure that accurate and timely data is incorporated in the schedule.
• Facilitate project scheduling meetings and/or interactive planning meetings as required by the project team.
• Participate in project meetings at the discretion of the project manager!
• Upon completion of each project, develop and record the project’s historical schedule information and lessons learned, for future use.
• To conduct evaluation of Progress Measurement submitted by Subcontractor QS and generating reports.
• Performing quantity surveying, cost controls and change management activities throughout the project lifecycle.
•  To ensuring that post-contract cost variances and change control processes are managed effectively.
•  To ensuring that cost auditing and valuation work is managed effectively and that a robust process for cost validation is in place.
• Carrying out the production of monthly cost reports for presentation to the client.
•  To ensuring that final accounts are negotiated and agreed in a timely manner.
