As a Lead Business Analyst at AYANA Hospitality, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our company's financial and strategic direction. As a senior member of the Business Analyst team, you will lead a team of analysts who will support these objectives. In this multifaceted position, your responsibilities will include:

Special Projects: A key component of your role will be engaging in diverse special projects. These projects vary in both duration and scope, from short-term assignments of approximately one month to more extended engagements lasting up to six months. You will need to demonstrate flexibility and the capacity to assume significant operational roles in these projects. Your participation will be crucial for the successful launch and execution of these initiatives, providing you with opportunities to make meaningful contributions and acquire diverse experiences.

Financial Projections and Analysis: You will be responsible for generating financial projections that are essential for financing, business expansion, and assessing new business opportunities. This includes generating detailed analytical reports on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and target market insights.

Team Development and Mentorship: As a senior member of the team, you will play a vital role in mentoring junior analysts and facilitating their professional growth. You will provide guidance, share expertise, and help cultivate a collaborative and supportive team environment. By providing constructive feedback and personalized development plans, you will assist in enhancing the skill set and confidence of your colleagues, ultimately contributing to the strength and success of the entire Business Analyst team. 

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 4-7 years of experience in business analysis, finance, or a related role, with demonstrable experience in leading projects.
• Advanced analytical skills with proven expertise in financial modeling and data interpretation.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in mentoring and developing junior team members, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to a variety of audiences clearly and persuasively.
• Eagerness to remain flexible and tackle various project requirements while ensuring successful project execution.

This role will lead the acquisition and activation team his/ her main job is to formulate the strategy and monitor its execution. Working closely with following teams:

• MF team (HO and FO). To ensure strategy implementation across all points. MF team will be main operator in agent acquisition as well as main data points to understand key issues and challenges in the implementation
• Business Team (Earn and Poket). Working collaboratively with other digital teams to ensure alignment in target and expectation as well as joint effort in expanding Amartha Digital initiatives
• Business Support and product Team (LnD PnC, Marketing, Afin team, Risk and Audit). Get support regarding both acquisition and activation activities to achieve target
• New Retail’s Area Coordinator and Development team. The role of the acquisition and activation team will drive the expansion initiative. Orchestrating expansion activities across New Retail functions

Responsibilities:

• Understand key requirement from key stakeholders for A1 agents
• Identify key issues in expanding agent network and formulate potential solutions or mitigation plan
• Able to translate of business opportunities to business strategy and able to articulate those strategy in a document
• Translate business strategy into detailed product requirements and operations executions
• Able to create quick and decisive decision making with good judgment
• Work closely with product, marketing, field officer, and other stakeholders
• Able to lead a team and groom the team to become a leader
• Act as a Amartha evangelist to build awareness and understanding

• A Bachelor’s degree in Math, Engineering, Computer Science of related field from reputable university
• Have a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and create business opportunities
• Have a deep understanding of agent network business, virtual products and strong background working with rural and underserved market
• Preferably more than 5 year experience in conception and/ or developing and/ or expanding agent network business. preferably BRILINK, Mitra Bukalapak, Payfast, Mitra Tokopedia
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into strategic insights and actionable recommendations
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken
