• Design and implement customized CCTV systems based on client requirements.

• Support and involve in proof of concept or demo during tender presales stage and project implementation stage, if required.
• Integrate CCTV systems with other security systems, such as access control and alarm system and Building Management System.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients' CCTV systems.
• Perform regular check partner and discuss about system maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal performance.
• Document system designs, configurations, and maintenance records.
• Train clients/ partners on the operation and maintenance of their CCTV systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in CCTV technology.
• Collaborate with Partner engineers and technicians on projects as needed.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
• Responsible for the detailed system design, solution completeness and support in implementation of medium to large scale IT/ Engineering projects with high complexity and within budget to comply to specifications and meet customer’s requirements.

About the role

We are seeking experienced business development support with a strong focus on brokerage and insurance to join our dynamic team. As a BD Support you will be working with the brokerage and placements team and play a crucial role in handling aftersales.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the distribution of member cards for both new business and endorsements
• Endorsement and enrollment processing
• Claim payment guarantee letter handling
• Claim handling
• Manage insured requests for claim history

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor degree, preferably from Nursing / Public Health or any relevant major
• Having minimum 3 years experience in an operations/support role in an insurance brokerage/agency preferred
• Solid knowledge in Employee Benefit product and end-to-end process
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Handle Product Masterfile and other integration related queries with clients and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate with BI and/or Product team to solve discrepancy on data reconciliation and make sure the data recorded in the system is up to date
• Drive analysis and insight on current products and support market research on targeted client
• Assist in product configuration based on business requirements, analyze changes and making sure the end-to-end results are per expectation
• Perform monthly invoice reconciliation for existing clients and partners
• Compile documentation such as correspondence and legal documentation to ensure projects are tracked properly
• Coordinate with the Claims and CS team to resolve problems/ blockers regarding claims/ queries from clients
• Report to Business Development Managers in providing support for proposal preparation among other key activities
• Liaise with the Business Development Managers in providing support

• Supporting business unit in preparation and execution of new projects.
• Assisting communication with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)
  customer for new projects and series.
• Support sales report analysis for B2B after-sales activity.
• Perform other administrative duties as required.
