We are seeking a motivated Product Intern to join our team. In this role, you will support the product research process by conducting market analysis, user research, and competitive analysis. You will work closely with product managers and designers to gather insights that drive product decisions and improvements. This internship offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product research and development in a fast-paced environment.
What you will do:
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.Â
- Collect and analyze data to support strategic decision-making.Â
- Gather user feedback to enhance the product.Â
- Assist to create and maintain product documentation such product books and user guides.Â
- Assist to use analytical tools to monitor product performance post-launch and identify areas for improvement.Â
- Assist the product team in product development cycle & prototype creation.Â
- Support product team in various tasks and projects as needed.Â
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams; engineering, design, marketing, and sales.Â
- Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Design, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.
- Experience with analytical tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, or other BI tools is a plus.
- Experience in project management; familiarity with tools like JIRA, Miro
- Excellent research, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with research methodologies and tools for conducting market and user research.
- Passion for product development and understanding user needs.
