• Memonitor proses produksi, membuat laporan produksi, menghitung service level, dan membuat laporan bulanan
• Merencanakan produksi dan persediaan bahan baku yang akan dikirimkan ke PPIC yang ada di cabang dan memastikan semua berjalan sesuai lead time order
• Memproses pesanan, memeriksa stok persediaan, melakukan negosiasi dengan supplier, merencanakan rute, dan memantau kinerja PPIC
• Membuat rencana jangka panjang dan jangka pendek untuk memenuhi permintaan pelanggan

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Mengelola kegiatan produksi agar mencapai KPI target segi kualitas dan kuantitas.
• Merencanakan jadwal produksi dan berkoordinasi dengan departemen terkait.
• Memastikan proses produksi berjalan sesuai SOP.
• Mengawasi penggunaan bahan baku secara efektif dan efisien.
• Bertanggung jawab terhadap kualitas produk agar sesuai standar.
• Improvement terhadap efisiensi proses produksi secara berkelanjutan.

Kualifikasi:

• Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Industri/Mesin/Bidang Terkait.
• Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang yang sama
• Memiliki kemampuan analisis, problem solving, dan kepemimpinan yang baik.
• Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan
• Berkomunikasi dengan baik di lingkungan team yang multi culture.

• Melakukan produksi plastic PP

• Mengoperasikan dan mengawasi peralatan (Gas Heater, Utility Compressor, PSA, Cooling Tower) agar proses berjalan lancar
• Memastikan pekerjaan selesai dengan baik dan benar sesuai standar mesin
• Memastikan bongkar MEG, DEG, Fuel Oil, Chiller, VAC sudah sesuai
• Melakukan perawatan dan pengecekan semua mesin utility 
• Memastikan pekerjaan telah terlaksana sesuai dengan prosedur
• Membuat laporan ke shift Supervisor

• Manage the dispatch of RG-Olein from the warehouse to containers, coordinating with the warehouse team, forklift operators, and third-party logistics providers.
  Loading and Unloading Supervision: Ensure that all loading and unloading activities are conducted efficiently and in accordance with SPK, PO, and Delivery Order requirements.
• Accurately record outgoing data, including quantities, quality, materials used, and the time of activities.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of loading station equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct regular quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet packaging standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to achieve warehouse goals and deadlines.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols at all times.

• Carry out operational activities in the Boiler & Power House, managing ambient conditions, noise, B3 waste, and both solid and liquid waste as per SOPs and SHE team directions.
• Monitor and report to superiors, GA, and managers regarding the expiration of licenses and calibrations for both equipment and personnel.
• Safely and efficiently operate utility boilers, generators, and compressors.
• Ensure adequate supply of steam pressure, electricity, and nitrogen in line with operational needs.
• Record and validate the operating parameters of boilers, generators, and compressors to ensure compliance with standards.
• Regulate the distribution of steam, electricity, and nitrogen.
• Prepare fuel, consumables, spare parts, and service equipment according to operational parameters. Periodically check the availability of these items.
• Provide proper maintenance for boiler, generator, and compressor equipment. Clean essential parts required for operation.
• Adhere to occupational health and safety protocols in the work environment. Follow instructions, procedures, and schedules within specified time limits, adhering to health and safety principles.
• Complete documentation on operational activities accurately.
• Maintain and clean work tools and areas in the utility area.
• Continue the work of co-workers as instructed by superiors. Comply with all applicable SHE regulations and ensure that work is conducted safely in accordance with SHE procedures.
• Use chemicals appropriately and efficiently.
• Achieve standardized control limits.
• Ensure that operations do not cause environmental pollution, including water, air, and soil.
• Start, stop, and monitor compressors to ensure they operate efficiently and meet production requirements. Adjust compressor settings, such as pressure and flow rates, to maintain optimal performance and output.
