• Maintain injection molding equipment and machines in good condition

• Perform daily maintenance according to the daily maintenance list

• Resolve production problems and ensure smooth production

• Assist in resolving technical problems during production

Job description:

• Proficient in mold maintenance and repair techniques

• Able to complete mold inspection and repair work independently

• Deep understanding of various mold materials and processes

• Maintain molds to ensure consistent quality, output, and results

• Complete daily mold replacement sheets and other required documents

• Identify obstacles that occur and provide solutions in the technical support section, to achieve effective and efficient production activities

ENSURE THE SYSTEM IS RUNNING PROPERLY

MELAKUKAN PERAWATAN PADA PERALATAN/ASET PERUSAHAAN, ALAT KELISTRIKAN, TELEPON, FORKLIFT, HAND PALLET UNTUK MENDUKUNG OPERASIONAL PERUSAHAAN

1. MAINTAIN AN ORGANIZED INVENTORY OF FACILITY-RELATED SUPPLIES.

2. MAINTAIN ACCURATE RECORDS OF MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES, REPAIRS, AND INSPECTIONS.

3. CONDUCT ROUTINE INSPECTIONS AND PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE ON FACILITY EQUIPMENT, INCLUDING HVAC SYSTEMS, ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS, PLUMBING, AND OTHER MECHANICAL SYSTEMS.

4. PERFORM REPAIRS OR COORDINATE WITH EXTERNAL VENDORS FOR MORE COMPLEX EQUIPMENT ISSUES.

5. MONITOR AND ADDRESS ISSUES RELATED TO THE BUILDING PHYSICAL STRUCTURE, SUCH AS ROOFING, FLOORING.

6. OVERSEE AND MAINTAIN UTILITIES SUCH AS WATER, GAS, AND ELECTRICITY TO ENSURE PROPER FUNCTIONING.

7. RESPOND TO AND ADDRESS ANY DISRUPTIONS OR FAILURES IN UTILITY SERVICES.

8. CONDUCT REGULAR SAFETY INSPECTIONS AND ADDRESS POTENTIAL HAZARDS.

9. RESPOND TO EMERGENCY SITUATIONS, SUCH AS POWER OUTAGES, EQUIPMENT FAILURES, OR OTHER CRITICAL INCIDENTS.

10. COMMUNICATE WITH OTHER DEPARTMENTS OR TEAMS TO UNDERSTAND THEIR FACILITY-RELATED NEEDS.

Manage and lead a team in execution of routine inspections, rectification of general buildings defects and ad-hoc maintenance repairs. ·    

Conduct facilities assessment and suggest recommendations for upgrading works. ·    

Ensure high standard of work and strict adherence to EHS policy ·    

Responsible for the management of facilities, mechanical and electrical services, and non-clinical equipment

Responsible for the management of the constructions of new building and maintenance of existing structures    

Monitor and investigate feedbacks and implement appropriate mitigating measures. ·    

Conduct environmental audit and proactively highlight any potential issues. ·    

Other relevant duties as assigned.
