About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Strategic Partnership Manager to join our dynamic team at AMODA, a leading construction technology company. As Strategic Partnership Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth strategy by forging and nurturing strategic partnerships that align with our business objectives. You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new partners, as well as managing and optimizing existing partnerships to maximize their value.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy that supports our company's overall business goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners, including negotiating terms, agreements, and contracts. Cultivate strategic alliances that support the company's market expansion and revenue growth.
- Identify, evaluate, and qualify potential partners across the construction technology landscape.
- Negotiate and structure mutually beneficial partnership agreements.
- Manage and oversee the lifecycle of all partnerships, ensuring that they deliver measurable results.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and success of partnership initiatives.
- Represent AMODA at industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote our partnerships.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the construction technology industry.
- 5+ years of experience in building and managing strategic partnerships in the construction or related industry.
- Proven track record of establishing and managing successful partnerships, driving revenue growth, and achieving business objectives.
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Deep understanding of the construction technology landscape.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
