ATK, Pantry, kursi, lemari, dan fasilitas pendukung lainnya
b. Maintenance fasilitas kantor cabang yang berupa ruko seperti menjadwalkan cuci rutin AC, membersihkan
toren air, maintenance building checklist dan pengajuan perbaikan apabila ada yang rusak)
c. Mengatur dan mengawasi pekerjaan OB di kantor cabang
5. Submit pembayaran (FPR) ke tim Finance untuk kebutuhan kantor cabang (Sampah, IPL, dll) serta melakukan
pencatatan Petty Cash dan membuat report pengeluarannya setiap 2 minggu
6. Melakukan update data Opex dan Capex setiap bulannya
7. Support stock opname aset tahunan untuk kantor cabang

1. Facility Management

• Source and establish relationships with new vendors when needed

3. Asset Management

• Maintain accurate records of company assets, such as furniture, equipment, and vehicles
• Ensure efficient use of company resources and coordinate repairs or replacements as necessary

4. Safety and Compliance

• Ensure workplace safety protocols are followed in line with company and regulatory requirements
• Conduct regular safety inspections and organize training sessions for employees
• Handle emergency preparedness, including evacuation plans and first-aid measures

5. Administrative Support

• Supervise administrative staff and assign tasks as required
• Ensure smooth communication between departments for administrative needs
• Oversee the procurement of office supplies, furniture, and other necessities

6.Budgeting and Cost Control

• Develop and manage the General Affairs department’s budget.
• Monitor expenditures, ensuring adherence to budgets and cost-effectiveness

7.Policy Development

• Develop, update, and implement company policies related to general affairs and facilities management
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations

1. Melakukan Stock Opname pada fixed asset Laptop, Sarana Pendukung, Gadget, dan Jarkom IT
2. Melakukan pelacakan aset dan inventaris di semua site setelah proses annual Stock Opname
3. Monitoring pencatatan Asset di Jira Asset Management (Movement, Disposal, New Asset) serta update di Jira Asset Management setelah proses annual Stock Opname
4. Menyiapkan dokumen pendukung untuk disposal aset (Berita Acara Penjualan, Berita Acara Pemusnahan, dan Fixed Asset Disposal Form)
5. Mengidentifikasi dan menyusun e-katalog untuk fixed asset sarana pendukung

• Prepare Form Serah Terima Aset (STA) and Form Pengembalian Aset, and make sure the form is signed back by the employee.
• Coordinate with IT in preparing new joiner's laptop.
• Manage and ensure availability of employee work equipment before joining date, latest H-1 (laptop, headset, keyboard, mouse and monitor).
• Updating laptop and seat mapping allocation.
• Assist with new joiner's need (related with GA).
• Creating QCF (Quality Comparison Form) and proposing to the Office Manager for approval.
• Create PO and coordinate with vendors for goods delivery or visit schedule.
• Updating Summary of Fixed Asset and informing GA Supervisor to purchase goods.
• Record and report Petty Cash in weekly basis, Cash Advance settlement and receiving invoices.
• Labelling barcodes for every new asset.
• Taking out barcodes for assets which are obsolete, broken or lost.

• Providing existing business and generate new business opportunities by actively contacting prospects, scheduling appointments, making sales presentations and closing new General Insurance business accounts.
• Develop prospecting strategies to increase opportunities for new business.
• Build and maintain client relationships and provide oversight to account activity.
