Accountabilities:
Learning and Development: Engage in a specific training program to understand the organization’s policies, procedures, and industry-specific knowledge.
Cross-Functional Exposure: Rotate through different functions within the department to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of the business, such as Business Development, KAM, Finance, Brand and Communication.
Project Assistance: Collaborate on projects under the guidance of seniors, contributing to the development and implementation of strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret data related to agricultural processes, market trends, and financial performance to support decision-making.
