Job Desk :

• Menyusun tools untuk assessment IT Maturity Assessment, IT Governance Components
• Menyusun kerangka dan template untuk menuangkan hasil analisa dan desain Goverannce System, bersama dengan Subject Matter Expert/Principal Consultant.
• Melakukan riset tentang Reference Governance System yang akan digunakan dalam kegiatan konsultasi, baik di industri atau profil organisasi/perusahaan klien
• Melakukan assessment kodisi AS-IS, penyusunan kondisi TO-BE, analisa kesenjangan dan penyusunan roadmap implementasi.
• Mengimplementasikan manajemen proyek sesuai dengan lingkup penugasan

• Responsible for the smooth functioning and coordination of vendors for Guest Internet, Property Management Systems – PMS, Point of Sale – POS, IPTV, Telephony systems, and other software vendors.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
• Responsible for overseeing and handling network configuration, Servers, Workstations, Networking equipment, PABX, email accounts, and also support for the underlying server/desktop infrastructure.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure, including CAT5/6 cabling, wireless networks, network switches, WAN/LAN, domain controller, Active Directory, firewall, and VPN applications.
• Manage leadership in the establishment of project scope, technical strategy, cost, budget, and staff support requirements with new IT initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 4 years' experience as System Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or similar positions
• Good leadership or experience managing a team.
• Familiar with some Cloud Technology: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud. Point plus if have certification.
• Familiar with Container Technology such as Docker, and Kubernetes. Point plus if have certification.
• Familiar with Log Management, Monitoring, and Visualization Tools such as Prometheus, Elastic, Kibana, Grafana, Datadog, or Splunk,
• Familiar with DevOps tools is a plus, such as Jenkins, Bamboo, Chef, Puppet, Ansible, or Terraform.
• Familiar with Virtualization Technology is a plus

Primary Responsibilities 

IT Operations

• Manage and support all the systems in the hotel

• Provide In-house guest IT related matter troubleshooting

• Coordinate, manage and oversee projects, document process

• Perform regular system’s health check and capacities studies to ensure optimum performance of servers and network

• Manage system changes with appropriate support staff to ensure uninterrupted services

• Liaise with vendors and work with users at all level 

• Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses 

Team Management

• Interview, select and recruit direct reports 

• Identify and develop team members with potential

• Conduct performance review with the team

• Constantly monitor team members’ appearance, attitude and degree of professionalism

• Prepare detailed induction programs for new employees

• Develop, conduct maintain all staff training programs for team members, focusing on their development needs, providing them with new skills to meet the changing needs of the business

Other Responsibilities

• Be aware of the hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures

• Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management

• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times

• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the assigned by the Management
