IT Demand Manager 

1. Lead application development team and ensure effective working environment.

2. Improve existing application and process to ensure effective current process.

3. Clear impediments/dependencies in projects to speed up progress.

4. Resolve incidents and ensure system availability within agreed SLA.

5. Resolve known problems and improve system stability.

6. Monitor and prevent issues that can impact system availability.

7. Manage and develop team members.

8. Manage and prioritize project pipeline and allocating team members effectively.

• Conduct audit reconciliation and follow up to the related division
• Analyze a risk that occurs or may occurs in the company
• Able to analyze each risk based on its category and perform risk assessment
• Perform annual audit in accordance with the annual audit plan
• Conduct audit findings follow up to the auditee
• To ensure that reconciliations of petty cash are completed on a weekly basis
• To ensure that reconciliations of ATM Cash are completed on a timely manner
• To ensure all filling is done in a timely and accurate manner on a monthly basis
• Reports to the division head on all control and compliance issues as they arise for prompt actions to be effected
• Reviews the policy and procedure of the company
• Serves as liaison for all external audit and regulatory agencies

• Ensure audits are conducted following established standards and timelines.

• Recommend actionable improvements to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks.
• Prepare clear and concise audit reports detailing findings, risks, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with management to address and resolve audit findings.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the audit methodology and processes.
• Assist in developing and updating internal audit policies and procedures.
• Participate in or lead special projects (ISO), investigations, and ad hoc audits as needed.
• Provide insights and recommendations on emerging risks and control issues.

Kualifikasi:

1. Pendidikan minimal S-1, diutamakan jurusan akuntansi/finance atau manajemen ekonomi

2. IPK minimal 3,00

3. Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman dibidang yang sama 2 tahun.

4. Mampu bekerja dalam tim maupun bekerja secara individu

5. Detail, memilki integritas, jujur

6. Mampu membuat analisa dan sikap proaktif

7. Diutamakan pernah bekerja di KAP dan FMCG

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:

1. Membantu membuat perencanaan pemeriksaan (audit plan) baik untuk pemeriksaan kepatuhan ( complience audit), finance audit dan operational audit secara berkala.

2. Membantu melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi atas hasil pemeriksaan menjalankan tugas-tugas lainnya dalam upaya pencapaian target pemeriksaan.

3. Membantu memantau dan memastikan target internal audit perusahaan tercapai.

4. Membantu mengkoordinasikan proses pemeriksaan standar pencatatan keuangan dan akuntabilitas pada setiap divisi.
