The Agribusiness Operation Support will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of our agribusiness activities. This position will work closely with the operations team and provide support in various operational aspects related to agribusiness.

• Monitor harvest activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Provide guidance and support to harvest teams, addressing any issues or challenges that arise during the process.
• Communicate effectively with farm management to report progress, challenges, and any necessary adjustments to the plan.
• Maintain accurate records of harvest activities, including yields, quality assessments, and any incidents or observations.

• Knowledge of harvest techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.
