Kami mencari seorang Engineer Injection yang terampil dan berpengalaman untuk bergabung dengan kami. Jabatan ini akan bertanggung jawab untuk merancang, mengembangkan, dan mengelola proses injection molding  produksi. Kandidat yang ideal memiliki pengalaman di bidang injection molding, kemampuan berbahasa Jepang yang baik, pengetahuan mendalam tentang proses dan teknik, serta kemampuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas produksi.

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:

• Merancang dan mengembangkan proses injection untuk mencapai target produksi.
• Mengelola perawatan dan pemeliharaan mesin injection molding, memastikan mesin berfungsi dengan optimal untuk mencapai kualitas produk yang konsisten.
• Memahami dan menguasai pengaturan mesin injection molding, termasuk pemrograman, perawatan rutin, dan troubleshooting untuk memastikan kelancaran proses produksi.
• Menganalisis berbagai material plastik yang digunakan dalam injection molding, serta memahami karakteristik material tersebut untuk mengoptimalkan proses.
• Mampu mengidentifikasi dan mengatasi masalah teknis pada mesin dan produk, serta menyampaikan solusi dengan cara yang jelas dan mudah dimengerti oleh tim.
• Bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim, berkoordinasi dengan tim produksi, teknik, dan quality control untuk memastikan standar kualitas produk terpenuhi.
• Menyusun dan menerapkan langkah-langkah untuk mencegah NG pada produk injeksi plastik.
• Melakukan analisis proses secara berkala untuk meningkatkan efisiensi produksi dan mengurangi pemborosan waktu dan material.

Kualifikasi:

• Kemampuan berbahasa Jepang (baik lisan maupun tulisan) tingkat menengah atau lebih tinggi untuk berkomunikasi dengan tim dan pihak terkait.
• Pengalaman di bidang injection molding, dengan pemahaman mendalam mengenai proses cetak injeksi dan teknik terkait.
• Menguasai pengaturan mesin injection molding, termasuk pemrograman, perawatan mesin, dan troubleshooting.
• Kemampuan komunikasi yang baik untuk menyampaikan masalah atau temuan terkait mesin dan proses kepada pihak terkait dengan cara yang jelas dan mudah dipahami.
• Memiliki kemampuan analisis yang baik dan perhatian terhadap detail dalam setiap tahap proses produksi untuk mempertimbangkan dan menerapkan langkah-langkah untuk mencegah cacat pada produk cetakan injeksi plastik

• Following the kick of meeting with Sales Department, production, customers, and the Project Coordinator before starting the project.
• Receive technical documents from the Application Engineer and sales during the kick of meeting and implementation for project execution.
• Able to Conduct and lead the engineering phase until the engineering output (BOM and Drawing) is released.
• Able to Conduct and lead the preparation of inspections and test plans with the Quality Engineer.
• Become a company representative for every technical meeting and discussion with customers.
• Conducting site survey before the project is executed and issue an installation plan on sites.
• Become a commissioning test team, and record commissioning results for handover to customers/Operations.
• Recapitulation of inspection/test result documents into Fabrication Data Records in collaboration with Quality control and Application Engineers.
• Performing FAT at the vendor's facility before sending equipment to the Company.
• Perform technical coordination and manage vendors in technical terms.
