Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma Degree in Accounting / Fiscal  Administration /   Taxation
• Hold brevet A/B Tax certification
• Required skill : Good in Ms. Excel
• Required Languange(s) : Mandarin
• At least 1 years of working experience in the related fields is required for this position
• Good knowledge of Indonesian Tax Laws and Regulations
• Excellent communication and team oriented personality
• Able to work with deadlines.

Responsibilities :

• Process monthly tax routine including calculation, payment and reporting
• Updates and translate current tax regulations to the management, able to identify tax accounting and transactions that have tax implications, do tax research, interpreting and applying the tax law, regulations, and cases to specific transactions and factual situations
• Assist in Tax compliance checking and accuracy of tax obligations
• Providing required data / documents related to Tax audit process
• Able to file tax Return and prepare related documents
• Communicate with internal PIC related to data completion for tax Audit and compliance purposes
• Communicate with external parties (Tax Office / Consultant) related to solve tax audit issues.

Responsibility :

• Memvalidasi dan memverifikasi kebutuhan bisnis klien sesuai dengan dokumen pre-sales.
• Melakukan konfigurasi dan menyiapkan sistem aplikasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan klien.
• Menjalankan dan memastikan kelancaran aktivitas proses migrasi data dari sistem lama ke sistem Bimasakti.
• Melakukan testing secara menyeluruh untuk penambahan fungsi baru seperti: fitur, print out, laporan, formula, dan lainnya sebelum diinstalasi pada klien.
• Melakukan pelatihan kepada user serta mempersiapkan seluruh dokumen yang dibutuhkan dalam pelatihan.
• Memastikan penambahan/perubahan kebutuhan klien dapat dikelola dengan baik, tercatat dalam dokumentasi dan dikomunikasikan dengan project manager.
• Merencanakan, membuat, merevisi dan menghasilkan seluruh dokumentasi yang diperlukan dalam implementasi.

Kualifikasi :

• Gelar Sarjana (S1) dalam Sistem Informasi
• Pengetahuan yang baik tentang DFD, Diagram Alir, use case, ERD
• Ketajaman bisnis yang kuat, termasuk keterampilan komunikasi lisan dan tertulis
• Keterampilan memecahkan masalah yang sangat baik
• Keterampilan organisasi yang sangat baik dengan perhatian tinggi terhadap detail
• Kemahiran bahasa Inggris baik lisan maupun tulisan
• Kemampuan berpikir analitis dan presentasi yang kuat

Office Management:

• Oversee daily office operations and ensure that office facilities are well-maintained.

Audit and Risk Management:

• Manage tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities.
• Prepare and provide necessary documentation for tax audits.
• Identify and mitigate tax risks.

Leadership and Collaboration:

• Supervise and mentor junior tax staff.
• Collaborate with other departments such as finance, legal, and operations to ensure tax considerations are integrated into business decisions.
• Liaise with external tax advisors and consultants as needed.
